Zuntan town
Zuntan Town, subordinate to Longhua District, Haikou City, Hainan Province, is located in the west of Longhua District, adjacent to Longquan town in the East, Xinpo town in the south, Dongshan Town in the West and Yongxing Town in the north, with an administrative area of 55.7 square kilometers.
In 1961, Zuntan commune was established from Yongxing commune. In 1983, it was renamed district office. In March 1987, the district was removed and the town was established. On October 16, 2002, Qiongshan was incorporated into Haikou City, and Zuntan town was under the jurisdiction of Longhua District. By the end of 2018, 27859 households registered residence in Zun tan. As of June 2020, Zuntan town has jurisdiction over seven administrative villages, and the town people's government is stationed in Zuntan market.
