Quzhang Township
Quzhang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Hepu County, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the northeast of Hepu County and the hinterland of Dalian mountain. It is the reservoir area of wangshengjiang (Liuhu) reservoir of Hepu reservoir. It is located at the junction of Hepu, Pubei and Bobai counties, bordering Gongguan town from east to Southeast, Zhakou and Shikang towns from south to west, Changle Town and Quanshui town of Pubei County from west to northwest, and from north to East In the north, it is adjacent to Shichong town of Pubei County, Lingjiao town and Songwang town of Bobai County, covering an area of 137 square kilometers.

By the end of 2018, the total population of Quzhang township was 28630. As of June 2020, Quzhang township has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in qumu village committee.
In 2018, Quzhang Township completed 140 million yuan of agricultural production, 1.03 million yuan of fiscal revenue, 7520 yuan of per capita net income and 53 million yuan of fixed asset investment.
History of construction
In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, liuhudong was set up in xingzhongli, Hepu County, Lianzhou Prefecture.
During the period of the Republic of China, it successively belonged to Dongcheng, xichengju, Dongcheng Township in the Second District, Changdong Township in the Fourth District, etc.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, it was divided into the fourth, fifth, eighth, Twelfth districts, Gongguan District, Gongguan Township, Gongguan commune and Changle commune.
In March 1981, Quzhang commune was set up by eight brigades from Gongguan commune and three brigades from Changle commune.
In 1993, it was transformed into Quzhang township.
In 1958, Hepu reservoir was built. At that time, Quzhang people moved to Beihai City and all parts of the county.

The Township People's government is stationed in qumu village committee.

Quzhang township is located in the northeast of Hepu County and the hinterland of Dalian mountain. It is the reservoir area of wangshengjiang (Liuhu) reservoir of Hepu reservoir. There are Nanliujiang River, huhai canal in quzhangxiang. Nanliujiang river flows from the entrance of Xindu village of Zaohe village committee to Changle Town through Yashan village.

The main natural disasters in Quzhang township are typhoon and rainstorm. Typhoons usually occur from August to November, but the disaster area is small and the damage is small. In 2007, more than ten days of heavy rainfall caused serious economic losses.

Quzhang township has a mountainous area of 10666.67 hectares; the main mineral resources are kaolin and iron ore, of which the geological reserves of kaolin ore reach 400 million tons, mainly distributed in the four village committees of Zhongcheng, qumu, Yashan and Zaohe. The high-quality fresh spring in lijiashui village has a daily overflow of 14000 tons.

Transportation
At the end of 2011, there are 16.5 kilometers of Quzhang Changle highway connecting to 209 national highway, 8.5 kilometers of Quzhang Gongguan highway connecting to 325 national highway, and Hepu reservoir highway connecting to Shikang cross road connecting to 325 National Highway (Hezhan highway) and Heshan highway. 11 administrative villages and large natural villages have been built with cement hardened roads.
