Xinggang Town, subordinate to Tieshangang District, Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, is located in the east of Tieshangang district. It is the core area of Tieshangang (Longtan) group, one of the five functional groups of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. It is also the main battlefield of Tieshangang (coastal) industrial zone. It is adjacent to Tieshangang in the East, across from Baisha and Shatian towns in Hepu, Beibu Gulf in the south, Yingpan Town in the southwest and Yingpan Town in the West It is adjacent to Nankang town in the north, with a total area of 111 square kilometers. History of construction

Xinggang town was established in August 1996 (first said in September). Its administrative division is composed of 11 villagers' committees in Nankang town and 3 villagers' committees in Yingpan Town.
