Baoligenhua sappan
Baoligenhuasumu is located in the southwest of zalaite banner, connecting bayangole and Hurle in the East and North, and KEYOUQIAN banner in the South and West, with a total area of 538.27 square kilometers. Baoligenhuagacha, where Sumu is located, is 90km away from yindel Town, where the government is located. Now it has jurisdiction over 10 administrative Gacha, 33 natural villages, 16 party branches, and 321 party members, including 276 peasant party members, 10647 (2017), 98% of whom are Mongolian, and the population density is 26 per square kilometer.
Introduction to Sumu
Baoligenhua is a Mongolian word, which is translated into Chinese as chuanqiu with spring. Baoligen huasumu has ten administrative Gacha committees: Baoligen huagacha Committee, zagestai Gacha Committee, Yongfa Gacha Committee, new ailigacha Committee, delis taigacha Committee, wendulabuqitaigacha Committee, Jinshan Gacha Committee, najingacha Committee, Sanhe Gacha Committee and Hu ribaoligaogacha Committee.
Natural climate
Baoligenhuam is a part of the southern foothills of the Xing'an Mountains. The terrain is high in the north and low in the south, with the lowest elevation of 280 meters and the highest elevation of 810 meters. Korla River, one of the sources of erlongtao River, runs through the whole territory from west to East. The Sumu is a typical hilly area. Sumu is a temperate continental monsoon climate zone, with less rain in spring, dry and windy, short and hot summer, concentrated precipitation, rapid cooling in autumn, large diurnal difference, long and cold winter, wide temperature difference in four seasons, sufficient sunshine, average annual temperature of 3.6 ℃, effective accumulated temperature below 2600 ℃, frost free period of 115-125 days, annual precipitation of about 400mm.
Property economy
Baoligenhua has 160000 mu of arable land, rich in soybean, corn, sorghum, sunflower, mung bean, adzuki bean, beet, potato and other crops. There is a great potential for agricultural development. At present, there are 100000 mu of farmland suitable for farming, with fertile soil. Sumu has 300000 mu of grassland and 100000 livestock. Township enterprises continue to grow, with 120 private enterprises and individual businesses. There are 1 middle school, 1 Central Primary School, 7 complete primary schools and 11 teaching sites. There are 1 central health center and 10 village clinics. Baoligenhua is a semi agricultural and semi pastoral area with the main agriculture and the combination of agriculture and animal husbandry. With 223000 mu of arable land, the main crops are soybean, corn, sorghum, sunflower, mung bean and other crops. There is a great potential for agricultural development, with about 100000 mu of Chuandian land and fertile soil. The agricultural basic conditions of baoligenhuam have been greatly improved. The modern and efficient agriculture, led by water-saving irrigation and agricultural science and technology experimental demonstration base, has begun to take shape, which has laid the foundation for the development of other industries. Animal husbandry is a traditional industry that pays equal attention to baoligenhuam and agriculture, and is now changing from extensive animal husbandry to high-efficiency and high-quality animal husbandry. With the continuous development of township enterprises, pig breeding, fattening cattle, dairy community, goose industry, Rex Rabbit breeding, chicken community and other ancillary industries are booming, and farmers' income is growing. Sumu is rich in natural products, including wild animals such as wild boar, mountain rabbit, roe deer, yellow sheep, pheasant and sand chicken. It is rich in hundreds of Chinese herbal medicines such as Saposhnikovia divaricata, Platycodon grandiflorum, Scutellaria baicalensis, bupleurum, Paeonia lactiflora, Anemarrhena asphodeloides, and mountain specialties such as agaric, mushroom, acorn, apricot kernel. Baoligenhuasumu has a good geographical advantage.
