Xiaban town

The lower plate Town, belonging to Chengde County, Chengde City, Hebei Province, is registered residence of the Chengde County People's government, located in the southern part of Chengde County, adjacent to the east mountain town and the eight hometown. Historical evolution

In March 1949, it was the resident of Chengde County People's government and the third district.

In 1955, the junior society was established; in June of the same year, the district was withdrawn and Xiaban urban and rural area was built.

In April 1956, the township was withdrawn and Xiaban town was built.

In 1958, Chengde City and county merged, the town was removed, and Bancheng commune was set up, which belongs to Chengde city.

In 1961, the city and county were separated and restored to the residence of the people's Government of Chengde County. In the same year, it was divided into six communes: Xiabancheng, DAPAI, wulongji, qiniujiao, Wuchang and dayingzi.
