Huangben town is located in Yangshan County, Qingyuan City, Guangdong Province. Huangben town is beautiful and quiet. There is a famous huangben green tea specialty, which once successfully held the first China, Yangshan 4WD off-road vehicle Festival here. It is also one of the tourist resorts. Chen Feng

Chen Feng (1916-1986), also known as Zheping and Guoliang, is a virtuous writer. He was born in huangben Town, Yangshan County, Guangdong Province. He was admitted to Guangzhou Guangya middle school in 1935 and began to accept the idea of progress; he joined the party in 1938 and established the first party organization "Yangshan County branch of the Communist Party of China" in Yangshan at the end of the same year. During the war of resistance against Japan, he served as the leading position of the underground party organization to carry out revolutionary struggle. He was Secretary of the CPC Guangxi Municipal Committee during the war of liberation. After the founding of new China, he served as secretary of the Liuzhou Municipal Committee and secretary and mayor of the Nanning municipal Committee. He was transferred to the Ministry of foreign affairs in 1965, served as ambassador of Afghanistan, Burundi, Iceland and Mauritius, and retired in 1984, enjoying the treatment of deputy ministerial level; and in August 1986.
