Guigang town
Guigang town is located in the northwest of Yangchun City, connecting Songbai town and Pimian town in the East, Huatan forest farm in the south, Yongning Town in the west, Sihe town in Xinyi City, and Helang town in the north, with a total area of 386.34 square kilometers (2017), of which the hillside area accounts for about 80%. The town has a total population of 22937 people (2017), and has jurisdiction over 22 village committees and one neighborhood committee. Residents use vernacular and Yahua.
Geography
In the northwest of the city and county, it is connected with Songbai town and Pimian town in the East, Huatan forest farm in the south, Yongning Town in the west, Sihe town in Xinyi City, and Helang town in the north. Landform: the town is approximately rhombic. The terrain is high in the West and low in the East, slightly inclined and ladder shaped. Surrounded by high mountains and overlapping peaks, it is the western mountain of Yunwu Mountain. Xishan Mountain and Ganzhu mountain are the highest peaks in the territory. Xishan River and its tributaries, Guigang River, Gaodong River, Nalin River, Xiaoshui River and Doumian River, run across the southeast and central part of the town. Most of the territory is mountainous, with a small number of hills and valleys in between. The total area is 401.5 square kilometers.
Polder town
Guigangwei is located at the confluence of Nalin River and Gaodong River, 21 kilometers northwest of the city seat, and lies on Guizi Mountain in the southwest. It is called Guigang because the word "Gui" is not elegant, so it is renamed Guigang. In the Qing Dynasty, Xishan inspection division and dashuibao were set up here, which gradually became a market, known as "dashuiwei". In 1916, the offices of Xishan special district and Dashui in Yunfu were set up here, and Guigang township was renamed guigangwei. Xiang is the distribution center of agricultural and sideline products in Xishan area.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China, the scale of polder gradually increased. It is now a government residence. It covers an area of 1.4 square kilometers and has set up the residents committee of Weizhen town.
traffic
Chuncheng Guigang highway was officially opened to traffic on October 1, 1971, which solved the problem of inconvenient transportation by land and water in the past. Chungui second-class highway leads to Weizhen Town, and all villages in the town are connected by highways.

The water resources reserve is 60000 kW, 25000 kW has been developed and utilized, and 110000 volt transmission substation has been built; Baiyong is a provincial nature reserve, and Dahe Reservoir (power station) is built in the territory, which is a good tourism resource; the mineral deposits include tungsten, tin, crystal, potassium feldspar, etc., of which potassium feldspar has rich storage, and a large number of potassium feldspar has been mined.

There are many precious wild animals, such as yellow deer, pangolin, hedgehog, etc. In the 1980s, kiwifruit, a rare wild fruit, was found in the mountain area of Baichong forest farm.

Citrus, yellow peel, green plum, loquat, tea, papaya bean, Amomum villosum, rice, larva, local chicken, etc. With the unique mountain resources and climatic conditions, it is especially rich in citrus, with an annual output of 2000 tons of fresh fruit and 500 tons of yellow peel. Secondly, forestry resources are also very rich, with 1 million cubic meters of live wood, known as "Xishan timber warehouse"; more than 10000 mu, mainly processing paper, woven bamboo baskets or bamboo baskets.
Guigang Town, Yangchun City, Guangdong Province, with its unique mountain resources and climatic conditions, is especially rich in oranges, with an annual output of more than 200000 tons of fresh fruits. It is a professional town for oranges in Yangchun City. Now the main species are horse water orange, sugar orange. Shatangju is listed in mid November every year and mashuiju is listed in mid January every year.
