Nipi Town, subordinate to Xingning City, Guangdong Province, is located in the central and southern part of Xingning City, 13 km away from the urban area of Xingning City, adjacent to diaofang town in the west, Ningxin street in the north, Yonghe Town, and Xinxu town in the East, with a total area of 89.6 square kilometers. By the end of 2017, the total population of nipi town was 61582. By 2019, nipi town has jurisdiction over one community and 31 administrative villages, and the town government is stationed in nipi community.

In 1979, the current situation of nipi town was divided into the revolutionary committees of nipi, Pixi and Lipi people's communes. In November 1983, the current situation of nipi town was divided into nipi (Beixi was merged) and Lipi district office. In June 1987, today's nipi town is divided into nipi town and Lipi town. In November 2004, with the consent of the people's Government of Guangdong Province, Libi town was abolished in Xingning City, and the original administrative region of Libi town was merged into nipi town. Nipi town is the center town of Guangdong Province. It is the "hometown of overseas Chinese", "hometown of Commerce and trade", "strong education town", "technology base town", "textile base town" and "ecological development town". Historical evolution

In 1979, Xingning county had 43 people's commune revolutionary committees. Today, the situation of nipi town belongs to the Revolutionary Committee of the people's commune of nipi, Pixi and Lipi.

In November 1983, the Standing Committee of the Sixth People's Congress of Xingning County deliberated and approved the "plan for removing social organizations into districts and building townships", and decided to change the "political and social integration" system. Jinshi Section

Jinshidi is located in Tangyi village, nipi Town, Xingning City. Pingyugong, the 18th ancestor of the Wang family, was first built in 1760. It took two generations and 50 years to build it. Sit south to north, for the three Hall eight horizontal two Wai, 28 patios. The house is two stories high, with 300 rooms on each floor. On the left side, there are six academies, a half moon shaped pond in front of the door, a huge horse training ground behind the house, and a grand central hall. "Jinshidi" was named after the royal bodyguard, the 19th grandson of Wang's family, became a Jinshi of youkewu in Jiaqing of the Qing Dynasty. Wang Shiwei, whose family name is Wang Ruliu and whose scientific name is Wang Qixun, is the fifth in his family. After he entered the capital and became a Wujin scholar, he became a famous official and went to the front guard of the imperial court. Because of this, he called his official name "Wang Shiwei", and the original house name "rongzhidi" was changed to "jinshidi". The emperor entrusted his life to the royal bodyguard, which has its own secret. During the reign of Emperor Qianlong, it was a peaceful and prosperous time. According to the Hakka saying in Xingning, it was "good business, good farmland". Wang Pingyu, the 18th ancestor of the Wang family, was kind and charitable. As a result, he prospered and gave birth to six sons and one daughter in succession. At that time, Wang Pingyu's father, Wang Shengxiu, proposed to build a house, so Wang Pingyu began to select sites for construction. After three generations of hard work, Wang rudou, his eldest son, finally built a 22000 square meter chessboard style dragon house, named rongzhidi.
