Yuzhou Town, belonging to Yuxian County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the west of Yuxian County, bordering Daiwang town in the East, Songjiazhuang town in the south, Nuanquan town in the southwest, and yongquanzhuang Township across Huliu River in the West and North. It is the residence of Yuxian people's government, with a total area of 37.64 square kilometers.

History of construction

Since the Northern Zhou Dynasty, the town of Yuzhou has been under the jurisdiction of Yuzhou, Anbian, Lingxian and Yuxian.

In 1928, Weizhou town was established. In 1931, it belonged to Yuxian district.

In 1953, it was Chengguan town.

In 1958, the red flag commune was established.

In July 1960, Hongqi commune was renamed urban commune.

In 1976, the Wenquan commune, Chengzhen commune and Songjiazhuang commune set up Chengguan commune.

In December 1983, Chengguan commune and urban commune merged into Chengguan commune.
