Waisha town

Waisha street is located in the north of Longhu District, Shantou City, Guangdong Province. It is located at the estuary of Hanjiang River in the eastern Guangdong plain and the golden zone connecting Chenghai District and Shantou City. The original administrative region was divided into Xinxi and Waisha towns, which were under the jurisdiction of Longhu District of Shantou City. in March 2019, Waisha town and Xinxi town were abolished in Longhu District, and Waisha street and Xinxi street were established respectively; in November of the same year, three streets were added in Longhu District, namely Longteng street from Zhuchi Street area, Longhua street from Waisha Street area and Xinhai street from Xinxi street area.
