Huacheng Street

Huacheng street is located in the core area of the central axis of Huadu District. It was officially established on January 8, 2014. It is the office location of Huadu District Party committee, district government and many administrative institutions.

The total area is 26.56 square kilometers. It carries the planning and development of CBD central axis, which represents the characteristics of Huadu City and the style of the times, and the expansion of Huadu City.

Evolution of organizational system

In 2013, four communities of Baihe, Guihua, Meihua and ziweixi in Xinhua Street, three administrative villages of Dahua, Sandong and Gongyi, and six administrative villages of Luoxian, Yangyi, Yanger, Shigang, Dongbian and Changgang in Shiling Town were designated as Huacheng street. (18 Yuemin District).

On January 8, 2014, Huacheng street, Huadu District, Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province was established. Huacheng sub district office has jurisdiction over 13 villages. Huacheng sub district office is located at No. 50 Ziwei Road.

In 2017, new communities were added to the streets.

In 2019, it has jurisdiction over 9 communities and 9 villages: Meihua community, Guihua community, Baihe community, ziweixi community, Zilan community, Zijing community, Zihe community, Lanhua community, Mudan community, Dahua Village, Sandong village, Gongyi village, Luoxian village, Yangyi village, Yanger village, Shigang village, Dongbian village and Changgang village.

Ziweixi community:

It covers an area of about 0.82 square kilometers to the east of national highway 107, to the south of Ziwei Road, to the west of Chayuan road and to the north of Yingbin Avenue. (the original neighborhood committee of ziweixi community is divided into two communities: ziweixi and Zihe)

Zihe community:

It covers an area of about 0.96 square kilometers to the east of national highway 107, to the south of sandang Avenue, to the west of Chayuan road and to the north of Ziwei Road.

Lily community:

It covers an area of about 0.4 square kilometers to the east of Tiangui Road, to the south of Sandong Avenue, to the west of Guihua Road and to the north of Ziwei Road. (the original neighborhood committee of Baihe community is divided into Baihe community and Lanhua community.)

Orchid community:

Tiangui Road East, Ziwei Road South, Guihua Road West, Yingbin Avenue North, covering an area of about 0.4 square kilometers.

Osmanthus community:

Guihua Road East, Ziwei Road South, Baishou Road West, Yingbin Avenue North, covering an area of about 0.4 square kilometers. (the original neighborhood committee of Guihua community is divided into two communities, namely, Guihua community and Mudan community.)

Mudan community:

It covers an area of about 0.45 square kilometers to the east of Guihua Road, to the south of sandang Avenue, to the west of Baishou road and to the north of Ziwei Road.

In the north, hongxiuquan reservoir connects Shiling Town; in the south, Yingbin Avenue adjoins Xinhua Street; in the west, Xiuquan street at the junction of Dahua Village; in the East, Luoxian village adjoins Huashan Town; in the East, new Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport; in the south, Huadu port, a second-class international port; Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed railway, Beijing Guangzhou railway, Guangqing intercity light rail and Guangzhou Metro Line 9 pass through.

Public management services are becoming more and more perfect.
