Youjia town

Youjia Town, subordinate to Xinhua County, Loudi City, Hunan Province, is located in the north of Xinhua County, 14 kilometers away from the county. The famous scenic spots include the former site of Chuyi high technical school and the tomb of modern educator Chen runlin.

Youjia Town, with a total area of 145.53 square kilometers (2017), has jurisdiction over Wushi, Youjia, Baisha, Lishan and Dongling, one community and two communities; xiejiamiao, xieliang, Tongli, hejialong, Mushan, hujialong, Daye, Xintang, lumao, Liangshan, Longtan, fenggongmiao, Guangchong, Baizhu, Shiban, Jingchong, Danzhu, dayangjiang, Huanglian, Guihua, zhoujiachong and Shangshan Ma, Dadong, Dishang, Guangxing, Lizhou, changfengtang, huadang, Youjia, panjialong, Yangping, shanhailong, Zixing, zoujia, Shiyan, Lubei, Cheshi, Yuexing, Daotang, qunjian, changtianlong, Lishan, Xinting, Honghuayuan, Yuanyuan, Yinxing, Luling, Maling, Xingsheng, Yuqing, JINZI, Baisha, Jiangtian, Chuntian, nianxi, Luqian, liujiayuan, Yuanjia Jinfeng, Jinxing, fengfengbian, zhumuqiao, zhushuling, Rujia, Dongling, Foguang, jianjiayuan, Tianjia, zhushanwan, Limin, Xidang, xinwuyuan 72 village committees and 2 neighborhood committees, with a total population of 64015 (2017). geographical position

Youjia town is very advantageous in geographical location, county road, Xinbai highway, Xindeng highway and Zishui reservoir. It runs through the whole territory, and the water and land transportation is very convenient. After the completion of Zhexi dam, there are 31 water flooded villages in the reservoir area. The rice flower fish, natural tea oil and watermelon in Youjia town are well-known products. They are rich in coal resources, and the storage capacity of antimony mine is comparable to that of Lengshuijiang. Zishui area is rich in tourism resources.

Urban facilities

Youjia town has built 10 small type-2 reservoirs, more than 200 kilometers of canals and 45 electric irrigation stations. In March 2004, Youjia town was rated as one of the top ten towns in water conservancy construction of Loudi City. The oil road of Qingyou highway has been paved, and the cement hardened pavement of the road from the town government to sanbanqiao has been paved.
