Yongquanzhuang Township
Yongquanzhuang Township, belonging to Yu County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the northwest of Yu County, bordering yangzhuangke Township in the East, Weizhou town in the southeast, Nanliuzhuang town in the southwest, baicaocun Township in the west, and Yangyuan County in the northwest. It is 6.8 kilometers away from Yu County People's government, with a total area of 100.02 square kilometers.
In 1928, yongquanzhuang Township belonged to Yu County; in 1984, it was changed from yongquanzhuang commune to yongquanzhuang township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of Yongquan township was 24626. As of June 2020, yongquanzhuang township has 29 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is stationed in yongquanzhuang village.
In 2018, there were two industrial enterprises in yongquanzhuang Township, including one above scale and two comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1928, it belonged to Yuxian district. In 1944, it was divided into eight districts of Guangling County, Shanxi Province. In 1946, it was transferred back to Yu County. In 1948, it was divided into districts 1, 9 and 10.
In 1953, it was divided into Beiyangzhuang, yanjiazhai, maizipo, koujiazhuang, xichengjiajian and bubeibao townships.
In 1956, it belonged to Xizhongbao and East chenjiajian.
In 1958, it belonged to yangzhuangke and Chengguan commune.
In 1961, Xizhongbao commune was established.
In 1962, Chen Jiajian commune was founded after it was separated from Xizhongbao commune.
In July 1966, it was changed from chenjiajian commune to yongquanzhuang commune.
In 1984, yongquanzhuang commune was changed into yongquanzhuang township.
