Xiagong Village
Xiagong village, belonging to Yu County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southwest of Yu County. It is connected with Songjiazhuang town in the East, Laiyuan County of Baoding City in the south, Lingqiu County of Guangling County in Shanxi Province in the West and Huliuhe reservoir in the north. It is 18 kilometers away from Yu County People's government, with a total area of 253.45 square kilometers.
In the 17th year of the Republic of China (1928), Xiagong village belonged to the Second District of Yu County; in May 1984, it was changed from Xiagong village commune to Xiagong village. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in the lower palace was 25008. As of June 2020, Xiagong village governs one community and 29 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Xiagong village.

History of construction
In 1928, it belonged to the Second District of Yu County. In 1939, it belonged to four districts. In 1941, it was transferred to Guangling County, Shanxi Province. In 1946, it was transferred back to Yu County. In 1948, it belonged to 11 districts.
In May 1953, it was divided into Shanggong village, beilingluo, liubeibao, sujiabao and xizhuangtou township.
In June 1956, it was in Gongcun township.
In 1958, it belonged to warm spring commune.
In 1961, from warm spring commune, Xiagong village commune was established.
In May 1984, Xiagong village commune was changed into Xiagong Village Township.
In May 1995, Xiazhan Township and guozhuangzi Township were merged into Xiagong village.
