Xiaochang Town, belonging to Guyuan County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the southeast of Guyuan County, bordering Changliang Township in the East, fengyuandian Township and Chicheng County in the south, lianhuatan Township and xiaohezi Township in the west, and pingdingbao town in the north. It is 30 kilometers away from Guyuan County People's government, with a total area of 218.11 square kilometers.
In 1950, Xiaochang town belonged to the third district of Baoyuan County; in 1995, it was changed from Xiaochang township to Xiaochang town. History of construction
In 1950, Xiaochang town belonged to the third district of Baoyuan County; on July 27 of the same year, it belonged to Guyuan County.
In 1958, it became the red flag commune.
In 1965, Hongqi commune was renamed Xiaochang commune.
In 1984, Xiaochang commune was changed into Xiaochang township.
In 1995, it was changed from small factory town to small factory town.
