Haojiaying Township, belonging to Zhangbei County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Zhangbei County, adjacent to baimiaotan Township in the East, xiaoertai Township and Zhangbei town in the south, mantouying Township in the west, ertai Township and erquanjing Township in the north. It is 15 kilometers away from the people's government of Zhangbei County, with a total area of 163.3 square kilometers.
In 1946, haojiaying township was located in the first district of Zhangbei County (damiaoying District); in 1984, it was changed from dukounao commune to haojiaying township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of hajiaying township was 14773. As of June 2020, haojiaying township has 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction, and the Township People's government is located at No. 002, government street.
The main food crops in haojiaying township are naked oats and potatoes, and the main animal husbandry is raising cows and sheep. In 2018, haojiaying Township had 38 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
In 1946, it was a district of Zhangbei County (damiaoying District). In 1947, it was divided into seven districts (yangjiaying District).
In 1949, it belonged to nine districts.
On June 1, 1956, the township of tongkounao (chenglongweizi) was established.
In 1961, the township was changed into the commune.
On December 4, 1968, it was renamed Dongfeng commune.
In January 1972, it was renamed the counterpart Nao commune.
In 1984, the commune was changed into haojiaying township.

In 1997, haojiaying Township had 17 administrative villages under its jurisdiction: panchengying, naobaowa, xigaomiao, xindifang, wufutang, damiaoying, yudaiwan, yangjiaying, siweizi, shanfangzi, wanshuntang, Mudanhua, sanyimei, Weizi, chahanhulun, chalaobuqi and dukounao.
By the end of 2011, haojiaying Township had 17 administrative villages including tongkounao, xindifang, xigaomiao, chalaobuqi, damiaoying, Mudanhua, siweizi, shanfangzi, naobaowa, wufutang, sanyimei, chahanhulun, wanshuntang, yudaiwan, panchengying, yangjiaying and Weizi, and 59 natural villages.
As of June 2020, haojiaying township has 17 administrative villages: damiaoying village, Weizi village, tongkounao village, shanfangzi village, Mudanhua village, panchengying village, wanshuntang village, yangjiaying village, chalaowuqi village, naobaowa village, sanyimei village, xindifang village, chahanhulun village, xigaomiao village, wufutang village, yudaiwan village and siweizi village.
