Shetianqiao town

Shetianqiao town is located in the southeast of Shaodong City, 26 kilometers away from the urban area, with a total area of 52.53 square kilometers (2017), including 14000 mu of cultivated land and 40000 mu of mountain forest. It has 27 administrative villages, 1 neighborhood committee and 344 groups, with a total population of 22906 (2017).

The town has convenient transportation, Hengbao highway runs through the East and West, and she Ling highway goes straight to Guilin. There are beautiful sceneries in the territory, such as shangshajiang reservoir with rippling blue waves and water storage capacity of 18 million cubic meters, steaming river with twists and turns, Shehu mountain, Lianhe mountain and shizifeng towering, and Yunlin temple, Lianhe temple and Longhua temple on the mountain, which were built in the Tang Dynasty or in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The town adheres to the development strategy of taking agriculture as the basis, industry as the leader, prospering the town with agricultural trade market and strengthening the town with pillar industries, so as to make the economic development step into the fast lane. The grain yield per mu is over one ton. The industry is led by Shaodong iron and steel plant and Shaoyang No.2 cement plant. Township owned enterprises and private enterprises started early and developed rapidly, forming more than 100 enterprises such as lock making, handbrake, carbon black, Ma steel, printing, hardware, agricultural and sideline products processing. Shehushan

Shehu mountain is located in Shaodong county and shetianqiao Town, Hunan Province, with an altitude of 496 meters and a forest coverage of more than 1600 mu. It is adjacent to Shuangfeng in the East, Hengyang in the south, Qidong in the West and Shaoyang in the north. The steaming River on the mountain runs from west to East around the town. Shetianqiao is the central station of Hengbao highway, Loudi in the East and Guilin by car in the West. It is 30 kilometers away from the county seat, with convenient transportation.

Yinjiatang

Yinjiatang old house is located in Qingshui village, Yangqiao Township, about 28 kilometers east of the county. It was built in 1823, 186 years ago. The old house is backed by Fenghuang mountain behind the house, facing the open Tianlong. There is a steaming River in front of the house, 500 meters away from Hengbao highway. The site is Qingshui village, Yangqiao Town, Shaodong county, Hunan Province. It was built by Shen Chengyu brothers, a wealthy businessman in Qing Dynasty. It faces south in the north, has four entrances in depth and eleven rows in horizontal. It covers an area of more than 8500 square meters, with 125.4 meters in width and 67.86 meters in depth, The existing wood carving, stone carving, painting and other architectural decoration is very rich. The cultural revolution and the great steelmaking period were seriously damaged.

Shangshajiang reservoir

Shangshajiang reservoir is the largest reservoir in China's financial investment in Shaodong reservoir. The latest national investment is tens of millions of yuan, and the dam is covered with asphalt roads. The reservoir is more than 10 km long and 700 Mu wide, with a total water storage capacity of 17 million cubic meters. The left main canal is 34.7 km long and the right main canal is 30.6 km long, which can be used for part of farmland irrigation and industrial water in Shuangfeng County of Shaodong. In the 1960s, under the leadership of Shaodong county Party committee and government, a medium-sized reservoir, shangshajiang reservoir, was built in Tongxing village of shetianqiao town in the upper reaches of steaming water and hegongdian District in front of Baoqian town. It has high gorge and flat lake, clear water, crisscross channels on both sides, empty aqueducts and irrigated farmland. People all call it "artificial lake" Guanghong aqueduct, the left main channel of shangshajiang reservoir, was built on August 10, 1973. It is the largest "U" aqueduct in the county. The aqueduct crosses the steaming River and leads the water of shangshajiang reservoir to Juntang and Tairen in the west of the river. The aqueduct has a total length of nearly 1000 meters, and the highest elevation difference is 20 meters to 30 meters. This aqueduct is the most spectacular water conservancy project in Shaodong. Because the aqueduct is located next to Guanghong middle school, it is named "Guanghong aqueduct". Local people call it "Overpass".

Infrastructure

Shetianqiao has convenient transportation and developed communication. Hengbao highway passes through the town, and there is a steaming river flowing through the town. The town has achieved village access, postal, electricity, program-controlled telephone, mobile phone coverage of the town.
