Lanlong Township
Lanlong Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Hengyang County, Hengyang City, Hunan Province, is located in the west central part of Hengyang County. It is connected with Taiyuan town in the East, Xidu town in the south, yanpi town in the West and Da'an Township, Hongshi town and Chang'an Township in the north, with an administrative area of 51.35 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 23951 people had registered residence in the village.
In the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, it belonged to Renyi township. In November 1961, the branch was divided into districts and Lanlong commune was set up, which was subordinate to Yanpi district. In May 1995, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. As of June 2020, Lanlong township has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages.

History of construction
In the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China, it belonged to Renyi township.
In October 1949, it belonged to the Sixth District of Hengyang County.
In July 1952, it was set up in Lanlong Township, belonging to the Sixth District of Hengyang County.
In May 1956, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and the Lanlong township was still set up.
In September 1958, it belonged to Xianfeng and Guangming people's commune.
In November 1961, the branch was divided into districts and Lanlong commune was set up, which was subordinate to Yanpi district.
In May 1995, Baishui township was merged into Lanlong township.

At the end of 2011, Lanlong Township had 19 administrative villages under its jurisdiction: Lanshi, Zhushan, Hepi, fengshu, dongku, Luming, Shangchun, Zhaochong, Jiantang, quankou, Dongshui, junpi, Baishui, Longtang, changchong, Dashi, Sisong, Guanmiao, xinmenqian, and 249 villager groups.
By June 2020, Lanlong township has jurisdiction over 11 administrative villages: Lanshi village, fengshu village, Shangchun village, Baishui village, Sisong village, Guanmiao village, Junlong village, Sanhe Village, Zhenyi village, Dongjing village and Heming Village. The township government is stationed in Lanshi village.
