Yanghe town
Yanghe Town, belonging to Xuanhua District, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, is located in the middle of Xuanhua District, adjacent to gujiaying town in the East, Gucun town and Zhuolu County in the south, jiangjiatun Township in the West and Xuanhua district across Yanghe River in the north. It is 4km away from Xuanhua District People's government, with a total area of 121.21km2.
In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Yanghe town belonged to three districts of Xuanhua district. In January 1989, Yanghe town was established by merging Yanghe Street office and dengjiatai township. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of the Yanghe River's southern town was 33289. As of June 2020, Yanghe town has jurisdiction over 2 communities and 20 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in toutaizi village.

History of construction
In the early days of the founding of the people's Republic of China, Yanghe town belonged to three districts of Xuanhua district.
In 1953, Yanghe township was established.
In 1958, it belonged to Guocun commune.
In 1961, xujiabao commune was set up.
On July 1, 1982, it was renamed dengjiatai commune.
In 1984, dengjiatai commune was established as dengjiatai township.
In January 1989, the Yanghe District Office and dengjiatai Township were merged and Yanghe town was established.
