Historical evolution

Tongtai street is located in the central city of Changsha, which is gradually merged from the original Xichang street, Tongtai street and Ruyi Street. the original Ruyi Street Street (built in 1952, renamed the first branch of Xianfeng commune in 1960 and restored in 1961), the original Xichang Street Street (built in 1952, changed to the second branch of Xianfeng commune in 1959 and restored in 1961), and the original Tongtai Street (set up Xiyuan Beili street in 1952, merged with Fuxing street in 1954 and renamed Tongtai street street, changed to the third branch of Xianfeng commune in 1959 and restored in 1961) Changsha west district (now Yuelu District) jurisdiction. in 1996, the city's zoning was adjusted, and the three streets were under the jurisdiction of Kaifu District. Zhongshan West Road community

It is bounded by Ziyuan lane and Qunsheng Lane in the East, Xiangjiang Avenue in the west, Zhongshan West Road in the South and Chaozong ancient street in the north. Located in the northwest corner of the prosperous Wuyi Square, it is adjacent to Huangxing North Road in the East, Wuyi Avenue in the south, Xichang street in the West and Xuanyuan hall in the north. It covers an area of 0.24 square kilometers and has a population of 2757 households and 6607 people. The area is densely populated and highly concentrated in residential areas, with the characteristics of "more floating population, more stores and more rental housing". Yandaoping community

Located in Kaifu District, covering an area of 0.12 square kilometers, it starts from the ring dike in the East, ends at Mingyue Trade City in the south, reaches Zhongshan Road in the north and Xichang street in the West. Xiangchun Road community
