NANTUO Street
NANTUO street belongs to Tianxin District, Changsha City, Hunan Province. It is named because of its original Yidi (reservoir) with an area of 50 mu and located in the south of Changsha City.
NANTUO Street governs six villages and nantuoling community, including Yanjiang, Beitang, Niujiaotang, Sanxing, Xingma, Nantang, with a total area of 29.47 square kilometers and a total population of 70861.
NANTUO street is located at the southernmost end of Changsha City, on the right bank of the lower reaches of Xiangjiang River, in the center of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan City, facing Xiangtan and Yuelu District across the river in the west, and national highway 107 and Furong south road running through the north and south. It is the core area of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan City, as well as the forefront of independent innovation and two oriented development.
Evolution of organizational system
It was named Nandi Township in 1950. in 1995, it was merged into Muyun town when the district was withdrawn and the township was merged. Originally in Muyun Town, Changsha County. on December 28, 2013, Changsha County officially abolished Muyun town and set up two streets, Muyun and NANTUO. NANTUO Street governs Yanjiang, Beitang, Niujiaotang, Sanxing and Xingma villages. Nantuoling community, Xihu and Nantang villages are located in the west of Furong South Road. on January 23, 2014, NANTUO Street moved into the former Muyun town comprehensive cultural station and officially opened for business. on January 14, 2015, Changsha transferred NANTUO street to Tianxin District.

Nantouling community
It is located in the center of NANTUO street, adjacent to Muyun Economic Development Zone, with a total area of 3 square kilometers. It now has eight resident groups, with about 2230 residents and more than 1000 households, including 48 party members. There are 107 national highway, nanhu road, market road and other major and secondary trunk roads passing through the area. The traffic is very convenient and has a good geographical advantage.
Sanxing Village
It is located in the east of Beijing Guangzhou line and the west of Xiangjiang River, with a total area of 3.132 square kilometers and a cultivated area of 1750 mu. It governs 17 villager groups with a population of 2500. The village Party branch has four party groups with 85 members. In recent years, Sanxing village is closely linked to the theme of "two oriented" social construction, relying on the location advantage close to Xiangjiang River, committed to the construction of ecological countryside, creatively spread the image of "city back garden" on the Bank of Xiangjiang River, and achieved gratifying achievements in various undertakings.
Beitang Village
Covering an area of 2.6 square kilometers, it has jurisdiction over 6 villager groups, 338 households and 1188 people, including more than 680 landless farmers. Beitang village is located in the center of Muyun Town Industrial Park, next to 107 national highway, 18 kilometers away from Changsha City, with convenient transportation and superior geographical location.
Nantang Village
Located in the center of Muyun Town, Furong South Road runs through the north and south, and Electrolux Avenue runs through the East and West. The whole village covers an area of about 4 square kilometers. It has 12 villager groups with a population of 1683. The village Party branch has 4 Party groups with 68 party members. Within the village, there are six main roads, including national highway 107, Furong South Road, nanhu road, Electrolux Road, East Third and fourth lines of Muyun, running through the village. The provincial intercity railway and national high-speed railway under construction also pass through the village, so the traffic is very convenient.
NIUJIAOTANG Village
Adjacent to datuopu street, it is the nearest village to Changsha City. It is a combination of Lishan, Litang and Yangqiao. It is said that the village is named after a horn shaped pond. With an area of 6.6 square kilometers, the village has 24 villager groups, more than 1100 households and a population of more than 4000. The village Party branch has 12 Party groups with 216 members.
Xingma Village
Located in the south of the street, in the middle of Xiangjiang River, it is the only island village in Tianxin District. Covering an area of 3 square kilometers, the village has nine villager groups, 342 households and 14002 people. Among them, eight households were expropriated. Xingma village is adjacent to Muyun community in Muyun street in the East, Jiuhua Industrial Park in Xiangtan in the west, Zhaoshan scenic spot in the South and Muyun Industrial Park in the north. It is now a part of Changzhutan green heart ecological park planned by the provincial government.
