Shuangtang Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Xiong County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is managed by xiong'an new district. Shuangtang Township originally belonged to Xincheng County. In 1940, it was divided into Xiongxian county. In 1953, Shuangtang township was established. In 1961, Shuangtang people's commune was established. In 1984, Shuangtang township was restored. As of June 2020, Shuangtang township has jurisdiction over 19 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Shuangtang village.
In 2013, the total agricultural output value of Shuangtang township was 234 million yuan, accounting for 3.7% of the township's GDP, and the per capita net income of farmers was 4157 yuan.
