Laohetou Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Anxin County, Baoding City, Hebei Province, is managed by xiong'an new district. It is 25 kilometers southwest of Anxin County, bordering Luzhuang Township in the south, Qingyuan District in the west, Zhaili Township in the north and Anzhou town in the East. The largest distance is 10.5 km, the largest 6.75 km from north and south, the total area is 60.9 square kilometers, and the total registered residence population is 45257 (2018).

Laohetou town was named after the town government's original residence in laohetou village. During the Anti Japanese War and the war of liberation, it belonged to the five districts of Anxin county. Laohetou village has always been the residence of the district and township. In 1993, it was renamed laohetou town. As of October 2019, laohetou town has jurisdiction over 27 administrative villages, and the people's Government of laohetou town is located in shenjiagong village. There are provincial roads in the territory, and the East-West trend of Baoxin highway runs through the whole territory.
