Beinancai Township
Located in the southeast of Dingxing County, Hebei Province, beinancai township is adjacent to dongmaying town of Gaobeidian City in the East, Bayu township of Rongcheng County in the south, Jiaguang Township and Beitian township of Rongcheng County in the west, and xiaozhuzhuang town in the north. The maximum distance from east to west is 6 km, and the maximum distance from north to south is 10 km, with a total area of 28.15 square kilometers. At the end of 2018, the total registered residence of North South Cai township was 22098.
In 1953, beinancai township was built. In 1961, Liucun commune was established. In 1964, it was renamed beinancai commune. In 1984, it was changed to beinancai township. As of June 2020, beinancai township has jurisdiction over 8 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located in beinancai village.

History and culture
Beinancai township is named after the township government's residence in beinancai village.
At the end of the Yuan Dynasty and the beginning of the Ming Dynasty, there were four wars. Only this village was left, which was named Daliu village. Later, some of them set up a new village in the south, so it was named Nanliu village.
Nanliu village has a long history of martial arts. Yang Yishan, the successor of martial arts, once worked as a bodyguard for Empress Dowager Cixi. During the Anti Japanese War, the first rural Party branch of Dingxing county was born in Nanliu village.
Guanyin tower, located in the southwest of Daliu village, was built in the Jin Dynasty. It was destroyed during the cultural revolution and restored in 1995.
