Historical evolution

According to the Qing Dynasty steles in Confucius' family temple, when Qin Shihuang burned books and dug up Confucianists, Confucius' ninth grandson Kong Yu lived here in seclusion to avoid chaos. Quwang tofu

Quwang village has the habit and technology of making tofu in ancient times. Xie Zhongfeng

(1908-1999), formerly known as Hua Fu, also known as Lu Yi, was born in Youfang village, Jiuhou Town, Yichuan County.
