Shijiaying Township, a township under the jurisdiction of Fangshan District, Beijing, is located between 115 ° 35'27 "~ 115 ° 45'25" E and 39 ° 47'42 "~ 39 ° 54'14" n. Located in the northwest of Fangshan District, it is connected with Da'anshan Township and fozizhuang Township in the East, Xiayunling Township in the south, and huang'antuo village, Qingshui Town, Mentougou District in the West and North. In 1952, shijiaying area belonged to Jinjitai District of Jingxi mining area. In 1953, shijiaying township was established. In 1956, shijiaying township was merged into lianhua'an Township, belonging to lianhua'an Township, Jinjitai Township and liulinshui township. In 1958, it was incorporated into Baihuashan people's commune of Zhoukoudian district. In 1959, it was changed into shijiaying management area of Hebei People's commune. In 1960, it belonged to Fangshan County. In 1961, shijiaying people's commune was established. In 1980, Jinjitai village of shijiaying people's commune was transferred to the industrial and Agricultural District Office of Beijing Mining Bureau. In 1983, the commune was transformed into a township. In 1992, the industrial and Agricultural District Office of Beijing Municipal Bureau of mining was removed, and Jinjitai village was assigned to Fangshan District. In 1993, the office of Jinjitai was removed and Jinjitai village was put under shijiaying township. By the end of 2018, there were 11846 registered residence in Shijia township. By 2019, shijiaying township has 12 administrative villages, and the township government is located in Beijian, shijiaying village.

The river course in shijiaying Township belongs to Daqing River system of Haihe River Basin. Dashi river is a tributary of the North Juma River of the Daqing River system and one of the main tributaries of the Daqing River System in the Haihe River Basin. The largest river in the territory is dayantaigou flow, which is one of the sources of Dashi river. It originates from the mountains in the northwest of the territory. From northwest to Southeast, it enters Dashi river through lianhua'an village, shijiaying village, liulinshui village and yuanyangshui village to jiayukou of fozizhuang township. The length of the channel is 22.5 km, and the drainage area is 112 square kilometers. Dayao reservoir is built in the middle.
