Qinghe street, belonging to Cao County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the north of Cao County, bordering Panshi street and Pulian market town in the East, caocheng street in the south, Niji town in the West and Qinggang market town in the north. With a total area of 77 square kilometers, the area has a total population of 71700 in 2011.
On October 6, 1953, it was named Chengguan town. In September 1958, it was renamed Dongfanghong commune. In the same year, it was renamed Chengguan commune. In 1982, it was renamed Chengguan town. In January 1985, Chengguan town was abolished and caocheng town was established. In September 2006, caocheng was abolished and three streets, Qinghe, Panshi and caocheng, were set up. In June 2020, Qinghe Street governs 27 administrative villages.
In 2011, the total revenue of Qinghe street was 110 million yuan, an increase of 26% over the previous year. Among them, the local fiscal revenue was 58.47 million yuan, an increase of 28% over the previous year.
