Caocheng street, belonging to Caoxian County, Heze City, Shandong Province, is located in the middle of Caoxian County, bordering Panshi street in the East, Niji town in the west, Zhengzhuang town in the South and Qinghe street in the north. With a total area of 23 square kilometers, the area has a total population of 81900 in 2011.
On October 6, 1953, it was named Chengguan town. In September 1958, it was renamed Dongfanghong commune. In the same year, it was renamed Chengguan commune. In 1982, it was renamed Chengguan town. In November 1985, Chengguan town was abolished and caocheng town was established. In September 2006, caocheng was abolished and caocheng street was established. In June 2020, caocheng street has jurisdiction over 6 communities and 6 administrative villages.

The local fiscal revenue was 31.81 million yuan, an increase of 24.6% over the previous year. Historical evolution
In the fourth year of Hongwu in the Ming Dynasty (1371), Cao county has been the resident of the county office since it was founded.
In 1735 (the 13th year of Yongzheng reign of the Qing Dynasty), it was divided into five parts: Dongyu, Nanyu, Xiyu, Beiyu and Xianghua.
In 1928, it belonged to the first district (Chengguan).
On October 6, 1953, it was named Chengguan town.
