Jieshishan town

Jieshishan Town, belonging to Wudi County, Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the north of Wudi County, east of Majia River, east of mashanzi town and Liubao Township, south of CheWang Town, northwest of Majia River and xiaobotou Town, north of Chengkou town. The area is 71.08 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 27000 people registered residence in Jieshi mountain.

In December 1958, it was changed into Dashan commune. In December 1968, the district was withdrawn and the commune was merged and renamed Dashan commune. In December 1971, it was divided into four districts. In May 1984, it was renamed Dashan town. In 2005, it was renamed jieshishan town. As of June 2020, jieshishan town has 37 administrative villages.

By the end of 2018, jieshishan town had 28 industrial enterprises, including 4 Industrial Enterprises above Designated Size and 11 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.

Historical evolution

In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the territory belonged to dashandian and dashanzhen respectively.

In 1946, Dashan district was established.

In 1948, there was a township under the district.

In September 1950, Dashan district was renamed as the fourth district.

In September 1955, it was renamed Dashan district.

In February 1957, Dashan district was abolished.

In March 1958, the territory was divided into Dashan and yuliu townships.
