Xizou Town, subordinate to Qufu City, Jining City, Shandong Province, is located in the southeast of Qufu City. It is adjacent to Nishan town in the East, Zoucheng City in the south, sijishan street in the south, Xiaoxue street in the southwest, Lucheng street in the northwest, Fangshan town across Yihe River in the North. The people's Government of Xizou town is 5km away from Qufu City in the northwest, with a total area of 55.65km2.
In the spring and Autumn period, the town of Huai town belonged to the township of Confucius, which was used by the emperor to make the spring and Autumn Annals. In August 1986, it was changed to Huai township; in June 2010, the town was evacuated from the countryside; at the end of 2018, the town had 52501 registered residence population; as at June 2020, 25 administrative villages were under the jurisdiction of Huai Town, and the town people's government was in the South Village.

History of construction
In the spring and Autumn period, Xizou town belonged to Zou Township, where Confucius wrote the spring and Autumn Annals.
After the first year of the Republic of China (1912), it belonged to Chongsheng society in Qufu county and Xiahou society in Zou County.
In 1946, it was the Fifth District of Qufu.
On September 1, 1958, Xizou established the first commune in the county.
In May 1984, it was changed to Xizou district.
In August 1986, it was changed to Xizou township.
In June 2010, the township was withdrawn to set up Xizou town.
