Xiaoxue Street
Xiaoxue street belongs to Qufu City, Shandong Province. It is located in the southwest of Shandong Province and the south of Qufu City. It governs 36 administrative villages, with a total area of 57.43 square kilometers and a permanent population of 49832 (2013).
Xiaoxue street is located in the state of Confucius, Mencius and Sangzi. It is the birthplace of Yasheng Mencius and the place where Mencius' mother moved three times, Linfang Wenli and dengyou abandoned his son. It has profound cultural heritage, including Mencius' mother forest, Mencius' former residence, Jiulongshan cliff tombs, Jiulongshan cliff statue stone carvings, Jiangjia village ancient tombs and Fucun village ancient villages. Before the founding of new China, Xiaoxue was divided into Qufu county and Zou County. Xiaoxue commune was established in 1962, Xiaoxue district was established in 1984, Xiaoxue town was changed in 1986, Xiaoxue town was abolished and Xiaoxue street was established in 2010.
Most of Xiaoxue street is plain, and the southeast is hilly. It mainly grows wheat, corn, sweet potato, peanut and other crops. Industrial categories include pipe manufacturing, textile, wine making, chemical industry, etc. Qufu national cultural industry demonstration park is located in the core area. National highway 104 runs through the north and south, Japan East Expressway runs across the East and West, and Yanshi railway slants across the whole territory. In 2013, Xiaoxue Street achieved a GDP of 647 million yuan and a total revenue of 141.9 million yuan.
History of construction
During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, the northern part of the territory belonged to Lu state, and the southern part belonged to Zou state (Ying State).
From the 14th year of King kaolie of Chu (249 BC) to the 3rd year of kaihuang of Sui (583 BC), it belongs to Lu county.
Sui kaihuang four years (584), belongs to Wenyang county. Kaihuang 16 years (596 years), Qufu county.
The fifth year of Dazhong Xiangfu (1012) in the Northern Song Dynasty belongs to Xianyuan county.
Since 1129, Qufu county was in the north and Zou County in the south.
From the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China, 18 villages, Pengjia village, Shijia village, beixingbu, Zhangjia village, Linjia village, ruanjia village, xichenjia village, Sanjiadian, Guanzhuang, nanxingbu, Xiaoxue village, Daxue village, dianbeitou, Wujia village, qianmiaoying, houmiaoying, Luxian village and Baiyangdian, belong to Xiaoxue community of Zhongxin Township in Qufu County; dabunan, xiaobunan, yuanjiazhuang, dongchenjia village, Jiangjia village and zhaijia village belong to Xiaoxue community of Qufu county Before 1946, xuancun, Fucun, Baiyangshu, qianxizhuang and houxizhuang all belonged to Zou County.
In September 1930, the area north of Miaoying belonged to the first district of Qufu county. Today, the villages in the street are divided into seven townships: Xiaoxue Township, Daxue Township, wujiacun Township, Luxian Township, nanxingbu Township, Pengshi Township and Bunan township.
During the Anti Japanese War, it belonged to Yinan Township and Xiaoxue township.
At the end of the 34th year of the Republic of China (1945), Qufu was liberated for the first time. Qufu and Sishui counties merged into qusi county. Xiaoxue was divided into nine districts, including most of today's Xiaoxue street. In April 1946, qusi county was divided into nine districts.
In March 1947, the Kuomintang troops occupied Qufu. The county was divided into 15 townships and 210 Baotou townships. Today, each village in Xiaoxue street belongs to 23 villages in Xiaoxue and Yinan townships.
In December 1948, the ninth district (Xiaoxue District) was set up.
In August 1956, Xiaoxue district was abolished, and 16 villages in former Xiaoxue, Daxue, Fucun and Nanxing townships belonged to Lingcheng District, while 12 villages in Luxian, Bunan and Anshang townships belonged to Nanxin district.
In May 1962, Lingcheng commune set out three working films, namely Xiaoxue, Fucun and Beixing, and Xizou commune set out two working films, namely Baiyang and Sanhe.
In August 1965, the district (town) system was restored, and the name of Xiaoxue commune was changed to Xiaoxue district. In October of the same year, Xiaoxue district was abolished, and 24 brigades of Xiaoxue, Fucun and Beixing communes were assigned to Lingcheng district; 12 brigades of Baiyang and Sanhe communes were assigned to Xizou district.
In 1968, the district was transformed into the people's Commune and the small commune into the management district.
In May 1970, the construction of Xiaoxue commune was restored by dividing the 24 brigades in the three districts of Xiaoxue, Fucun and Beixing in Lingcheng commune and the 12 brigades in the two districts of Baiyang and Sanhe in Xizou commune.
In May 1984, Xiaoxue commune was abolished and Xiaoxue district was established.
In August 1986, Xiaoxue district was abolished and Xiaoxue town was established.
In June 2010, Xiaoxue town was abolished and Xiaoxue street was established.

Division evolution
After the first liberation of Qufu in 1945, xuancun, Fucun, Baiyangshu, qianxizhuang, houxizhuang and Anshang villages were divided into qusi county from Zou County. Xuancun belongs to six districts (Lingcheng) and the other five villages belong to five districts (Nanxin).

Xiaoxue and Fucun were merged into Xiaoxue town; Baiyangdian and Sanhe were divided into Baiyangdian township; Beixing district was changed into beixingbu township. 36 production teams were changed into administrative villages, and 220 production teams were divided into 230 villager groups.
