Hangang town
Hangang Town, belonging to Liangshan County, Jining City, Shandong Province, is located in the east of Liangshan County, bordering Yinsi township of Wenshang County in the East, Hanlong town in the south, lianquanpu town in the southwest and Guanyi town in the north. The people's Government of the town is 20 kilometers away from Liangshan County in the west, with a total area of 82.24 square kilometers.
After 1949, the territory of Han Gang belonged to Nan Wang County; in December 2000, Yuen Kou township was incorporated into Han Gang town; by the end of 2018, Han Gang town had 68661 registered residence population; as of June 2020, Han Gang town had jurisdiction over 36 administrative villages;

History of construction
After 1949, Hangang town was subordinate to Nanwang county.
In August 1953, Nanwang county was withdrawn and assigned to Liangshan County, named the 14th District of Liangshan County.
In September 1955, the title of digital sequence was cancelled and changed to Sunzhuang district.
In February 1958, the district was withdrawn and the township was merged, and the Party committee and government of Sunzhuang Township were established; in September, they were merged into Sunzhuang satellite commune.
In November 1959, the satellite commune was renamed Sunzhuang commune and was stationed in zhongsunzhuang village.
In October 1971, zhongsunzhuang commune was renamed Hangang commune, and its residence was moved from zhongsunzhuang to Hangang village.
In February 1984, Hangang commune was divided into Hangang town and Yuankou township.
In December 2000, Yuankou township was merged into Hangang town.
