Xunzhao Township, subordinate to Pingxiang County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the north of Pingxiang County, adjacent to Guangzong County in the East, Fengzhou town in the south, Jiegu Township in the west, Julu County in the north, 4.16 kilometers away from Pingxiang County People's government, with a total area of 52.9 square kilometers.

In 1953, xunzhao township was established; in 1961, xunzhao commune was established from Qicun commune; in 1984, xunzhao commune was changed into xunzhao township.
