Nanshahe town
Nanshahe Town, subordinate to Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the south of Tengzhou City in the south of Shandong Province, with a total area of 46.2 square kilometers and a total population of 48265 people (2017). It governs 38 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located in Nanjie Village.
Nanshahe town has a warm temperate monsoon continental climate. Its overall terrain is high in the northeast and low in the southwest. It is hilly in the East, and the highest peak is thin mountain with an altitude of 186.8 meters. The central and western parts are alluvial plains. There are Guohe River and Xiaosu river. The main mineral resources are limestone and clay.
In nanshahe Town, wheat, corn, sweet potato, peanut, cotton and other crops are mainly planted, and edible fungi are special products. Nanshahe town is listed in zone B of Tengzhou Economic Development Zone, forming five pillar industries of machinery manufacturing, food and medicine, electronic information, new energy and construction and installation development. Beijing Shanghai railway runs through north and south, and Beijing Taiwan expressway, Zaomu expressway, Yikang Avenue and tuxi road are connected vertically and horizontally. In 2013, nanshahe town achieved a GDP of 2.5333 billion yuan and a fiscal revenue of 89.55 million yuan.
Evolution of organizational system
During the Xia and Shang Dynasties, the present Nansha River belongs to the state of fan.
From the Zhou Dynasty to the Qin Dynasty, it belonged to the state of Xiaoying (the state of Qi).
From the Western Han Dynasty to the Northern Zhou Dynasty, it belonged to fan county.
In the 16th year of kaihuang of Sui Dynasty (596), fan county was changed into Teng County, which now belongs to Nansha River.
In the Ming Dynasty, Nansha River was situated in Canggou community, Lijiao Township, Tengxian county.
In 1672, the magistrate of Tengxian County ruled Baoding Baojia according to the Bagua system, and Nansha River was within the scope of Litong 22bao. Jiaqing eighteen years (1813), belonging to Tengxian Xiaoyi community, Xiaoer community. During the reign of Guangxu, it was changed into Xiaoyi district (wangkai township) and Xiaoer district (Gushi township).
In 1931, Nansha River was divided into Chengguan District and Guanqiao district.
In November 1938, Tengxian was divided into 9 districts and 81 towns by the puppet regime. There are nanshahe Township, Canggou Township and Fengzhuang Township in Nansha River. Among them, nanshahe Township and Canggou Township belong to one district (Chengguan) and Fengzhuang Township belongs to seven districts (Guanqiao).
In June 1943, it belonged to the first district of Tengxian county (Canggou).
In October 1947, Tengxian district (Canggou) was assigned to Lincheng district.
In October 1948, it belonged to 11 districts of Tengxian County, and the district office was stationed in Canggou.
In 1950, the 11th district of Tengxian county was changed into nanshahe District, and the district office was stationed in wangkai.
In September 1953, it was renamed District 11.
In September 1955, the 11th district was renamed wangkai district.
In March 1957, Teng County adjusted its administrative division and set up Shahe district.
In March 1958, the district level system was abolished, and nanshahe Township and wangkai Township were set up in the territory; in August, nanshahe Township and wangkai Township were incorporated into the five-star people's commune.
In August 1959, the five-star people's commune was divided into three people's communes: Chengguan, Jinzhuang and nanshahe.
In January 1966, nanshahe people's commune was changed into nanshahe district.
In 1968, it was renamed nanshahe people's commune.
In March 1984, nanshahe people's commune was abolished and nanshahe township was established; in November 1984, nanshahe township was abolished and nanshahe town was established.
In March 1988, Tengxian county was upgraded to Tengzhou City as nanshahe town of Tengzhou City.

In 1918, Xiaoyi district (wangkai township) had jurisdiction over 26 villages, including Fangshang (Fang Village), Canggou, wangkai, shimiaopu and tianjiafen (Tiangang) located in the present Nansha River; Xiaoer district (Gushi township) had jurisdiction over 19 villages, including nangushi, xigushi, beigushi, yangjiahang, hehuizhuang, Yujiaquan, weijiazhuang and Dougou located in the present Nansha River There are 16 villages, including PU, Shangying, ZHUJIAZHUANG, liujiaxing, Fengzhuang, Wangjiazhuang, shangxujiazhuang, Pengjiazhuang and xiaxujiazhuang.
In October 1948, eleven districts of Tengxian County governed 12 townships, including wangkai, Shilipu, Wangzhuang, Canggou, nanshahe, Hehui, Cuizhuang, Fengzhuang, nangushi, Zhengzhuang, Shidian and temple.
In January 1966, wangkai District, Canggou District, nanshahe District, beigushi district and Fengzhuang district under the jurisdiction of nanshahe district were all changed into small communes.
In December 1968, nanshahe people's commune had 46 production brigades under its jurisdiction.
In 1984, 46 production teams were transformed into 46 administrative villages.
In 1987, nanshahe town was divided into six offices, 47 administrative villages and 49 natural villages, with a total of 182 villager groups. In the spring of 1996, qilipu, xiaowangkai, Shilipu 1, Shilipu 2, Liutun and Zhangchang were separated from wangkai office, and Shilipu office was added. So far, there are seven offices in nanshahe town.
In June 2001, Tengzhou City was divided into nine villages: wangkaiyi, wangkaier, wangkaisan, xiaowangkai, Shilipu 1, Shilipu 2, Zhangchang, Liutun and qilipu.
In May 2002, wangkai office was abolished and Fangcun office was set up. Beichi, Nanchi and qianfang, houfang of Canggou office were put under Fangcun office, while other administrative villages remained unchanged. So far, nanshahe town has jurisdiction over 6 offices and 38 administrative villages.
In 2006, Zhuzhuang office was renamed Shangying office.

Nanshahe town is located in the south of Shandong Province, south of Tengzhou City. It borders Shannan Street in the north, Guanqiao town in the south, baogou town in the West and Mushi town in the East. There are two main rivers in nanshahe Town, Guohe River and Xiaosu River, which are seasonal sloped rivers. Guohe (formerly known as Zhuhe River) originates from the northeast of Changcheng village, Shuiquan Town, Shanting District. It flows from Dongshahe town to the southwest and flows through the northern edge of nanshahe town. It is the dividing line between nanshahe town and Longquan street and Shannan Street, with a length of 9850 meters. Guohe River flows in Fangcun, one around houxinzhang to the West and the other around houxinzhang to the south. Xiaosu river originates from the top of the isolated mountain of Luohan mountain in the east of the town. It flows through three offices of Zhuzhuang, Canggou and Fengzhuang. The main stream is about 6120 meters long in the territory. It flows from Fengzhuang village to Guanqiao town and into Nansihu Lake.
There is a small type II reservoir in beigushi, which is located in the northeast of beigushi village. It is formed by intercepting the Xiaosu river. The dam is 100 meters long and 5.8 meters high.
