Xiaochang Township, belonging to Zunhua City, Tangshan City, Hebei Province, is located in the northeast of Zunhua City, bordering santunying town of Qianxi County in the East, Jianming town in the south, houjiazhai Township in the West and sandaohe township of Xinglong County in the north, with an administrative area of 92.86 square kilometers.

In 1958, it belonged to Jianming people's commune; in March 1984, it was abolished and Xiaochang township was established; in 1992, Hongshankou township was incorporated. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Xiao Chang township was 16906. As of June 2020, Xiaochang township has jurisdiction over 23 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is stationed in Xiaochang village.

History of construction

In 1958, it belonged to Jianming people's commune.

In May 1961, the people's commune of Xiaochang was established.
