Hongxu town
Hongxu Town, subordinate to Tengzhou City, Shandong Province, is located in the south of Shandong Province and southwest of Tengzhou City, with a total area of 37.92 square kilometers and a permanent resident population of 36182 (2017). It has jurisdiction over 34 administrative villages, and the people's Government of Hongxu town is in qianhongxu Village.
Hongxu town is located in the southeast of North China Plain, the overall terrain is high in the northeast and low in the southwest, with an altitude of 45-63 meters. It belongs to warm temperate monsoon continental climate. Chenghe River and Guohe river flow through the northern and southern boundary respectively. The main mineral resources are coal and river sand.
In Hongxu Town, wheat, corn, soybean, peanut and other crops are mainly planted, and animal husbandry has formed three dominant industries: live pig, broiler and beef cattle. The industry is supported by machinery manufacturing, food processing, glass products, plastic products, paper and printing, and cotton textile. Zone C (Food Industrial Park) of Tengzhou economic development zone and Quanshang coal mine are located in Tengzhou. Beijing Shanghai railway and 104 national highway run through the north and south. In 2013, Hongxu town achieved a GDP of 4.045 billion yuan and local fiscal revenue of 173.37 million yuan.
In October 2019, Hongxu town was selected as one of the "Top 1000 towns with comprehensive strength in China in 2019".
Evolution of organizational system
In Xia and Shang Dynasties, Hongxu was a state of fan. From the Zhou Dynasty to the Qin Dynasty, it belonged to the state of Xiaoying (state of Qi). from the Western Han Dynasty to the Northern Zhou Dynasty, it belonged to fan county. In the 16th year of kaihuang of Sui Dynasty (596), fan county was changed into Teng County, which belongs to Hongxu. During Zhengde period of Ming Dynasty, it was the Hongxu society in Mingli township of Tengxian county. (Hongxu used to be Hongxu). In 1672, Ren Ji, the county magistrate of the Qing Dynasty, set the Baojia law. Teng County was divided into eight parts according to the eight trigrams, and Hongxu was Kun Yibao. In 1813, Tang Sheng, the magistrate of Jiaqing County, was named after the eight trigrams of benevolence, righteousness, propriety, wisdom, filial piety, fraternity, loyalty and faithfulness. During the reign of Guangxu, Hongxu was changed into Zhongyi district. In 1941, Teng County was divided into nine districts and seventy-four townships. Hongxu belonged to Hongxu Township, the first district, and later changed to Hongxu model township. In August 1945, Teng County was liberated for the first time. Hongxu belonged to the Second District of Lincheng county. In July 1948, Teng County was liberated again. Hongxu belonged to the eighth District of Teng County (Dayan District) under the command of Nishan in southern Shandong. In March 1957, it belongs to baogou district. In August 1958, it belonged to Chengguan five-star people's commune. In June 1959, the five-star people's commune was abolished, the original Yanlou township was separated, and Jinzhuang people's commune was established. In January 1966, Jinzhuang people's commune was changed into Jinzhuang district; on May 9, Jinzhuang district was abolished, and the original Jinzhuang district was divided into baogou district and Jisuo district. Soon after the document was issued, the "Cultural Revolution" began and failed to be carried out. It continued with the division in January of that year. In December 1968, the district and town system was abolished and Jinzhuang people's commune was restored. In September 1976, Jinzhuang people's commune moved from Jinzhuang to the east of qianhongxu village. In December 1982, Jinzhuang people's commune was renamed Hongxu people's commune. In March 1984, Hongxu people's commune was abolished and Hongxu township was established. In October 1991, Hongxu township was abolished and Hongxu town was established.

In 1672, kunyibao was stationed in Chengguan and governed 31 villages: qianhongxu, houhongxu, Xujiazhuang, guanjiazhuang, dagongzhuang, dujiazhuang, sujiachang, Yangjiazhuang, Anjiazhuang, Zhoucun, yangjiayuan, Longjiazhuang, baliyudui, Tulou, bailongwan, houjiazhuang, Yujiazhuang, xiaogongzhuang, Sanlihe, Zhangjiazhuang and Tangjiazhuang. In July 1948, the eight districts (Dayan District) of Tengxian county were stationed in Dayan and later moved to Jinzhuang. Yanlou township government has jurisdiction over 25 villages: nanyanlou, Wanglou, Chidian, Xiazhuang, Miaoqiao, chenlou, Qianzhuang, Zhanglin, Caolou, Liuzhuang, Xuzhuang, dagongzhuang, duzhuang, Miaozhuang, Guanzhuang, haowa, Duchang, Huangzhuang, lvzhuang, Ganzhuang, xihouzhuang, Jinzhuang, bailawan, beihouzhuang, xiaogongzhuang and Yuzhuang. In March 1958, Teng County had 103 townships and 64 townships. Hongxu township was incorporated into Yanlou Township, and its governing office was located in Yanlou township. The villages under its jurisdiction remained unchanged except for xidufeng township. On August 25, Yanlou township was classified into suburban five-star people's commune, and its governing office was located in the suburb. The former Yanlou township was divided into Yanlou and Hongxu farming areas, and its governing villages remained unchanged. In September 1959, Jinzhuang people's commune was stationed in Jinzhuang. The village under its jurisdiction was the same as Yanlou Township in August 1958. In January 1966, Jinzhuang District governed four communes (Yanlou, Hongxu, Anzhuang, and Miaozhuang) and 47 natural villages. On May 9, 1966, Jinzhuang district was abolished. Three communes (Yanlou, Hongxu, and Anzhuang) were assigned to baogou District, and Miaozhuang commune was assigned to Jisuo district. The administrative areas and villages under the jurisdiction of Hongxu township are the same as those in 1982. in October 1991, the management area was changed into an office. Hongxu town is divided into five offices, governing 37 administrative villages, a total of 134 villager groups. In June 2001, Sanlihe village and Liulou village were assigned to Jinghe street. In May 2002, fuxingba and renyuzhuang were transferred from Hongxu office to yidui office; beihouzhuang village was merged into Jinzhuang village, and other administrative villages remained unchanged. It is adjacent to Jinghe street and Jiangtun town in the north, Shannan Street in the East, nanshahe town in the southeast, baogou town and Xigang town across the river in the South and Jisuo town in the West.
