Qifeng Town, subordinate to Huantai County, Zibo City, Shandong Province, is located in the northeast of Huantai County, bordering Boxing County in the East, Suozhen street and Tangshan town in the south, Jingjia town in the West and Boxing County in the north. The area is 55.39 square kilometers. By the end of 2018, 61250 people registered residence.
In October 1947, it was renamed Binhu District. In September 1955, it was renamed Fengqu district. In July 1966, it was changed into Qifeng commune. In April 1984, it was changed to Qifeng town. In June 2020, Qifeng town governs 24 administrative villages.

Former site of Huicheng
Located on the East Bank of Mata lake, the present site is slightly square, high around and low in the middle, similar to a small basin. In 827 BC, the first year of xuanwang of the Western Zhou Dynasty, the Marquis of Qi Dynasty met here, which is called Huicheng. During the spring and Autumn period and the Warring States period, it was a strategic place for the north and south of Qi.
Relics of Wuxian Temple
According to Zuo Zhuan, Yan Zhou was hidden in Qingqiu. Yan is a famous scholar of Qi in the Warring States period. Today, there is a high platform protruding from the water in Mata lake, 10 meters from north to South and 8 meters from east to west. At the southern end of Taiwan, a piece of stone is protruded, which is said to be the place where Yan hung the hook in that year. About 500 meters northeast of Wuxian temple, there is a low depression, commonly known as zhongziwan, which is said to be Yan cemetery.
Ruins of Lu Zhonglian
There is a triangle about 2 li north of Huagou village, which is said to be the place where Lu Zhonglian, a famous scholar of Qi Dynasty, crossed the sea at the end of the Warring States period. In 221 B.C., when the Qin Dynasty destroyed Qi, Lu Zhonglian was unwilling to do violence to Qin shunmin, and died by walking through Shaohai (Mata Lake). During the Warring States period, Lu Zhonglian once lived in Huagou village. There was a well in the center of Huagou village, which is said to have been chiseled by Lu Zhonglian. Beside the well, there is a stone tablet engraved with the word "Lu Lianjing".
Qingqiu site
It is located in Mata lake, three miles north of Huagou village. During the period of the Republic of China, the area of Tubu was still 24 mu, and now it is only about 3 mu. "Zuo Zhuan" records that "Qi Jing Gong Ma Qiansi, Tian Yu Qingqiu", which is the place.
