Red pickles: very salty, can be eaten dry or pickled, especially chewy. Red pickle is lighter, about 0.5 kg of red pickle, its volume is as big as four or five apples. After the autumn harvest, cut cabbage, radish, asparagus and taro into shreds and marinate them. The next spring, take it out and air it until it is about to dry. Then cook it in the original soup (sour salt soup), make it into a ball, and dry it in the sun. Then it becomes a brown red pickle.
