Sansixiang, belonging to Nanhe District of Xingtai City, Hebei Province, is located in the south of Nanhe District, adjacent to Yanli Township in the East, Zhengxi township of Yongnian District in the south, Shahe City in the west, Sili Township and Heyang town across the river in the north, with a total area of 45.32 square kilometers.

In 1949, it belonged to Nanhe County of Xingtai district; in 1984, it was changed from Sansi commune to Sansi township; in June 2020, it belonged to Nanhe District of Xingtai City. As of June 2020, sansixiang has jurisdiction over 13 administrative villages, and the Township People's government is located at No. 18, cunfu South Street, Northeast China.

In 2018, there were 7 industrial enterprises in sansixiang, including 7 above scale enterprises and 32 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with business area of more than 50 square meters.

History of construction

In 1949, it belonged to Nanhe County of Xingtai district.

In 1958, it belonged to Nanhe commune.

In 1961, Sansi commune was founded from Nanhe commune.

In 1984, it was changed from Sansi commune to Sansi hometown.

In 1996, Xingtai City merged, and sansixiang belonged to Nanhe County of Xingtai City.

In June 2020, Nanhe county will be replaced by Nanhe District, and sansixiang belongs to Nanhe District of Xingtai City.

San Si Xiang got its name because the township government was stationed in San Si natural village.

Famous people

Wang Shiqing (1831-1880), born in the southwest of sansixiang, Funan County, Shunde County, Qing Dynasty, was a military champion of bingchenke, Xianfeng County (1856). He served as a guerrilla and a general of tonganying in Quanzhou, Fujian Province.
