Shuidong Industrial Park in Ningdu County

Jiangxi Ningdu Industrial Park was founded in July 2001. It is located in Shuidong village, Meijiang Town, 4km south of the county. It is adjacent to Changxia first-class highway in the East, Meijiang bridge and national highway 319 in the West. Quanzhou Nanning and Jinan Guangzhou expressways planned in the 11th Five Year Plan and Xiangshan railway currently under construction will pass by the park. The transportation is very convenient and the geographical location is superior.

Park environment

With the approval of the provincial government, the planning area of the park is 3000 mu. In 2012, 2013.642 mu of land has been acquired, more than 1200 mu of land has been developed, and nearly 800 mu of land has been reserved. In order to enlarge and strengthen the industrial park of our county, and finally realize the goal of "prospering the industry and strengthening the county", our county will seize the opportunity of Quanzhou Nanning Expressway passing through Zhuzuo Township, and its interchange is located near jiutang village of the township, with a planning area of 8000 mu in jiutang village on the South Bank of Meijiang river. In order to form a new pattern of "one river on both sides of the river" and "one park and two zones", it is necessary to make reasonable planning and layout around the four leading industries of deep processing of mineral products, food, electronics and light textile. Up to 2012, the preliminary work related to the construction of the new park has been started. Ningdu Industrial Park started construction in early 2003, with a total investment of 287 million yuan, of which the financial investment is nearly 58 million yuan. The construction of 170000 square meters of factory buildings and 2000 square meters of workers' dormitories were completed, forming a "three vertical and three horizontal" road traffic pattern in the park. The infrastructure construction of the park is improving day by day, and the supporting service functions such as water, electricity, communication, closed-circuit television, entertainment, finance, medical treatment, school, storage, logistics, farmers' market and administrative service center are basically perfect.

Park Awards

Jiangxi Ningdu Industrial Park adheres to scientific and reasonable layout, based on high starting point planning and high standard construction, which embodies certain advance and pays attention to actual effect, and especially emphasizes the principle of land saving, forming a good development mechanism of investment and benefit circulation interaction. In March 2006, the industrial park of our county was approved as a provincial industrial park.

Park Development

Attracted by the county Party committee and government's strategy of "invigorating industry and strengthening the county, opening up to the outside world" and the preferential policy of attracting investment, as the investment environment of our county is improving day by day, there is an endless stream of merchants who come to the park to inspect and request to purchase land and invest in the park, and the development of the park presents a good development trend. At present, 52 enterprises have been introduced into the park, of which 44 have been put into operation and 8 are under construction, initially forming four leading industries of mineral resources, bamboo and wood resources processing, food, textile and electronics. The total output value of the park is 2 billion yuan, and the profits and taxes are nearly 200 million yuan. By 2012, there were more than 8000 migrant workers in the park.
