Tianshui Town, belonging to Panshan County, Panjin City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northwest of Panshan county. It is adjacent to Hujia town across Xisha River in the East and Southeast, yangquanzi reed farm in the South and southwest, Goubangzi Economic Development Zone in Jinzhou City in the West and northwest, Zhaotun town in Beizhen City in Jinzhou City in the north and northeast, with an administrative area of 86.36 square kilometers.
At the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Tianshui town belonged to Hujia town; in 1984, it was founded; on June 23, 2010, it was changed to Tianshui town. By the end of 2018, the registered residence population of sweet water town was 17763. As of June 2020, Tianshui town has jurisdiction over one community and 14 administrative villages, and the town people's government is located at No. 551, Sunjia village.
In 2011, the total financial revenue of Tianshui town was 54 million yuan, an increase of 62% over the previous year. Among them, local fiscal revenue was 30 million yuan, an increase of 92% over the previous year. The per capita net income of farmers is 12700 yuan. In 2018, there were 26 industrial enterprises in Tianshui Town, including 5 Enterprises above Designated Size and 37 comprehensive stores or supermarkets with a business area of more than 50 square meters.
History of construction
At the end of Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Tianshui town belonged to Hujia town.
In February 1948, the government of Tianshui district was established.
In October 1949, it was assigned to Hujia district.
In March 1958, the sweet water village committee was established.
In October 1958, the three townships of Tianshui, Hujia and Taiping were merged into Dongfeng commune.
In May 1961, Dongfeng commune was adjusted and three communes, Hujia, Taiping and Tianshui, emerged.
In May 1961, it separated from Dongfeng (Hujia) commune and established Tianshui commune.
In May 1969, the two communes of Tianshui and Hujia merged into the state-owned Wuqi farm.
In 1973, sweet water farm was set up again.
Tian Shui Xiang was founded in 1984.
On June 23, 2010, it was changed to Tianshui town.

There are four small rivers ("three rivers and one ditch") in Tianshui Town, which flow from north to South and return to Liaohe River to Bohai Sea. It flows through the east of Daban village and the southeast of Nanguo village, and flows into Raoyang River at xidawan. Xisha River was called Banqiao River in Ming Dynasty. Yazi river originates from Baojia, Changxing and hilly areas of Beizhen Town, flows through the west of nianjiazi village, the east of Xianfeng and tianhezi village, converges with Zhangjiagou to the South and flows into Xisha River, with a total drainage area of 158 square kilometers, a total length of 94.5 kilometers and a length of 6.5 kilometers.
