Zhuzuo Township
Zhuzuo Township, located in the south central part of Ningdu County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is adjacent to Changsheng town in the East, Laicun town and Tiantou town in the south, Qingtang town in the West and Meijiang town in the north, with a total area of 94.33 square kilometers. Zhuzuo Township People's government is located at the crossroad of Dafu village, 8 kilometers away from the county. As of October 2019, Zhuzuo village has jurisdiction over one community and 11 administrative villages.

Historical evolution
In the 26th year of the first emperor of Qin Dynasty (221 BC), it was divided into 36 counties, which belonged to Nanyu County of Jiujiang county.
In the fifth year of Wu Jiahe (236), Sun Quan set up Yangdu County in Bailu camp of Yudu, belonging to Yangdu County; in the first year of Taikang in the Western Jin Dynasty (280), he changed Yangdu to Ningdu, belonging to Yangdu county.
In the Ming and Qing Dynasties, it belonged to Renyi township; before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Yuntian township.
In 1932, in memory of Guo Zhishu, a revolutionary martyr, Zhishu district was set up under Bosheng county.
In September 1949, it was liberated and belonged to the third district (Changsheng District); in July 1950, it belonged to the first district (Chengguan District); in September 1952, it belonged to suburban district; in May 1957, it was abolished and Zhuzuo and Chikan townships were established, which belonged to Ningdu County; in October 1958, it belonged to Dongfanghong commune; in November 1961, Zhuzuo and EPU communes were established, which still belonged to suburban township; in March 1963, it was withdrawn and merged In October 1968, Zhuzuo commune was merged into Liukeng commune; in August 1970, Zhuzuo commune was restored; in June 1984, Zhuzuo commune was changed into Zhuzuo township.
