Lishi town
Lishi Town, a town under the jurisdiction of Dingnan County, Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the middle of Dingnan county. It is Chengguan town and the residence of Dingnan county government. The total area of Lishi town is 271 square kilometers. It belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid climate zone. By the end of 2018, the number of registered residence in Lishi town was 89039.
On May 9, 2001, the original Chebu township was abolished and assigned to Lishi town. Qiaoshui, Changqiao and Chiling villages under the jurisdiction of the former smallpox Town were assigned to Lishi town. As of June 2020, Lishi town has 8 communities and 31 administrative villages.
Lishi town has Beijing Kowloon Railway and Jiangxi Guangdong Expressway. There are ecological industrial park, agricultural science and Technology Park, logistics industrial park, tourism industrial park and secondary (vocational) Education Park in the area. The agricultural industry is dominated by pig, navel orange and Camellia oleifera, and local specialties include Shengxian, Ruifeng rice noodles, Hakka fenglongteng tea and Hakka sauerkraut king. There are Buyi pagoda, Buddhist temple and tiger shaped Wai, xiejiawei two Hakka houses.

Historical evolution
In 1569, Gaosha, Xiali and Hengjiang three fortresses in gelongnan, Bohong, Dashi and Xiaoshi three fortresses in Anyuan and Tanqing banbao in Xinfeng were built. When the county was built, there were still seven fortresses, of which Xiali fortress was today's Li Town, excluding Zhongsha, Xianling, Jianshe, Yangmei and Chebu.
In 1913, the county government moved from Liantang (now the old town) to Xialisi (now the Lishi town).
