Sanxiqiao town

Sanxiqiao Town, located in the northwest of Yongxiu County, Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, is located on the Bank of Zhelin Lake (Lushan Xihai scenic spot) and the North Bank of Zhelin lake. Historical evolution

It is named after sanxiqiao village. Before the founding of the people's Republic of China, it belonged to Zhelin township of Baicha district. In 1949, it belonged to the factory area. In 1957, it built sanxiqiao Township, and in 1958, it changed to Zhelin management area of Baicha commune. In 1969, Zhelin reservoir was built, and Zhelin, Guitang and Yanglong were merged into Zhelin commune. In 1983, it was renamed sanxiqiao commune.
