Evolution of organizational system
In the third year of Wu Yong'an (260), Duwei in the south of Kuaiji was changed to Jian'an county. The Houguan County of Jian'an county was set up in Dong'an County (changed to Jin'an County in 282). The county government is in nananfeng Prefecture of Quanzhou City, and Wanhai belongs to it.
In the fifth day of the sixth year of Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty (718 AD), Jinjiang county was established, and Wanhai was subordinate to Jinjiang county. During the Yuan Dynasty, the town system was abolished and the inspection department was set up. The Ming Dynasty inherited the old system of the Yuan Dynasty, and Anhai was still the eighth capital of Jinjiang County, Quanzhou, renamed Anping town. In the 20th year of Hongwu, at dingximao (1387 AD), marquis Jiang Fenghou rectified the sea area and removed the inspection department. Wanli 34 years Bingwu (AD 1606) and set up in Anhai Museum. Fuanhai town was formerly known as fuanhai town in Qing Dynasty. By the ancient mausoleum in the town, Jian'an Haixun. In the seventh year of Yongzheng (1729 AD), there was a tax official named hongjiang'ao. This is the origin of Hongjiang. In the 35th year of Qianlong (1770 AD), the magistrate of tietang County in Jinjiang moved to Anhai and set up a Branch County.
At the end of the Qing Dynasty, there was a customs Lijin institution in Anhai. After the revolution of 1911, Anhai was still divided into counties. In 1915, it was changed into county assistant. In 1919, Haixian county was built and restored to xianzuo county the next year. In 1933, Jinjiang county was divided into six districts. In 1935, it was divided into four districts. Anhai was the second district. In 1944, the district was withdrawn and renamed township. The village near anhaihe was Anhai Town.
After the founding of the people's Republic of China in 1949, Anhai was the Sixth District of Jinjiang County under the system of county division and district township. In January 1951, Quanzhou City was established in Chengguan District of Jinjiang County, Fuqiao District of the fourth district and Wanggong district. Jinjiang county is located in Qingyang, which is divided into 14 districts and Anhai is the 13th district. In July 1952, the small township system was implemented. There were 20 districts in Jinjiang County, and Anhai was the Tenth District.
In September 1955, sixteen districts, two towns and one township directly under the central government were established in Anhai County, and the town system was restored. In October 1958, Anhai, Kemu and Neikeng were merged to form Wuli people's commune, which was later renamed Anhai people's commune. In June 1961, Anhai people's commune was divided into Anhai commune and Neikeng commune. In June of the same year, Anhai people's commune was divided into Anhai and Anhai commune. In January 1965, Anhai commune was divided into Anhai Town and Anhai commune. In April 1970, the town community was merged and still called Anhai commune. In September 1980, Anhai commune was divided into Anhai Town and Anhai commune. In November of the same year, communes and towns were renamed management committees. In October 1984, the Management Committee of Anhai commune was changed to township system, and the Management Committee of Anhai Town was changed to Anhai people's government. The ancient name of Anhai is "Wan Hai", which is due to the curved harbor of Anhai. During the period of Kaibao in Song Dynasty, an Lianji lived here after an jinzang in Tang Dynasty. The terrain gradually inclines from northeast to southwest. The highest point in the territory is Lingyuan mountain, which is 305 meters above sea level. The mountain ranges extend to five village committees. There are three hills in the Northeast suburbs, namely heiqilin mountain, Shidao mountain and Miaoshan mountain. In the north, there is the Jiatang river which originates from Neikeng town and flows through qianpo village, Ximen village, Anqian village, Qiaotou village, Zhuangtou village and Huangdun village. In the East, there is the Batou river which originates from Yonghe town and flows through Batou village, Tiankeng village, Houlin village, Shangan village, qinbing village, Houcai village and Qiaotou village. Historical changes
Anhai Town is located in Weitou Bay, more than 20 kilometers south of Quanzhou. Jinjiang and Nan'an are the main water and land centers of the two counties. In the Han Dynasty, it was called "Wan Hai" because it was located on the shore of the Shijing River in the "ninety-nine bends" and the Bay channel was curved.
In the sixth year of Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty (718), Jinjiang set up county system, and Wanhai was subordinate to Jinjiang county. Xu Zheng (700-765) was named Ci'en, Jishui and Changyuan. Born in Xin'an, Zhejiang Province, Xu Hong's younger brother is Xu Huizu's uncle and the first number one scholar in the history of Xu family in China. In the 21st year of Kaiyuan (733), Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty was the number one scholar of guiyouke. In the same list as Huang Yao, the magistrate of Min County in Tang Dynasty, there are 25 Jinshi in this list. Xu Zheng was upright and loyal in nature. He served as governor of Anping (now Anhai Town), Fujian Province, and as a county magistrate and junior supervisor of Jinjiang county. Later, he was killed by treacherous officials and died in xuzhai (later called xucuo) of Changyuan fort, Haixing Shengli, Jinjiang, Fujian Province. Today's Zhuangyuan Lane in xucuo, xingshengjing, Anhai Town, Jinjiang City, Fujian Province, is also famous for the fact that Xu Zheng, the number one scholar of Kaiyuan and Guiyou in the Tang Dynasty, once lived in this lane.

In Song Dynasty, the local system was xiangtongli, and Anhai Town was xiurenli, Kaijian Township, Jinjiang county. In 1130, the fourth year of Jianyan in the Southern Song Dynasty, Anhai set up "Shijing town", where Lang zhusong (the father of Zhu Xi) was the first town supervisor. At that time, Shijing town had jurisdiction over Anhai and Nan'an Shijing in Jinjiang. The two towns used the same historical event, that is, Zhu song (Wei Zhai) supervised tax in Shijing town in Song Dynasty, so it was called "Shijing Jinkai shuangshijing". Anhai is also known as Anhai city of Shijing town.
In the Yuan Dynasty, Xiangli was changed into the capital. Now Anhai is divided into seven, eight, nine and twelve capitals of Jinjiang county. Anhai Town is the eighth capital of Jinjiang County, and it is called "Shijing town" along the line. The inspection department of Shijing is set up in Anhai.
Ming Dynasty inherited yuan system. Later Anhai and Nan'an Shijing were set up respectively. Nan'an Shijing was named after "Shijing". Because Anhai was often bullied by foreign countries in the past dynasties, it was renamed "Anping town" to hope for peace. To Hongwu 20 years (1387), Jiang Xiahou straightened the sea area, removed inspection department. Wanli 34 years (1606) was ordered to set up in zhenanhai hall, the official office set up Youjing Academy.
In the Qing Dynasty, it was called Anhai Town again. In the early Qing Dynasty, Shunzhi moved the border, Anhai "bingshen (1656) destroyed the town" in the 23rd year of Kangxi (1684), coastal "restoration", Quanzhou land governor moved the general headquarters to Anhai on the basis of Guling village, and established "Anhai flood" in the west of Longshan Temple. Anhai gradually recovered after nearly 30 years.
At that time, the Qing Dynasty set up tax officials in Fuzhou and Xiamen, Quanzhou Prefecture, who collected taxes in different places. In 1729, the Qing Dynasty set up a tax office in Anhai, which was called "Hongjiang Wo". This is the origin of the nickname "Hongjiang".
