Chunmei town
Located in the west of Dehua County, Fujian Province, Chunmei township is 57 kilometers away from Chengguan, and borders Tangtou Township, Daming Township, Meihu Township, and Humei Township, Huaxing Township, Jiyang Township, Pingshan Township in Datian County. There are 7 villager committees, 114 natural villages and 76 villager groups. The climate of the township is mild, with an average annual temperature of 16-18 ℃, frost free period of 260 days, and annual rainfall of about 1700mm.
In 2017, the administrative area was 13211 hectares, with 3120 permanent residents.
Historical evolution
According to Dehua county annals, in the 29th year of Kaiyuan (741) of Tang Dynasty, Youxi County was set up in some counties of Fuzhou, such as the Marquis of the governor's office. Chunmei belonged to Jincheng township of Youxi County. In the first year of Qianyou in the later Han Dynasty and the seventh year of Baoda in the Southern Tang Dynasty (949), Changping Township and Jincheng Township in the south of Youxi County were assigned to Dehua County, and Chunmei town was assigned to Dehua County. In the Song Dynasty, Dehua County set up five townships, under the jurisdiction of 11 regiments of 10 Li, and Chunmei belonged to Tangquan regiment in urban and rural areas. In the Ming Dynasty, in the 14th year of Hongwu (1381), Dehua county was divided into five townships, with 10 regiments and one capital under its jurisdiction. Most of Chunmei's villages belonged to Tangquan upper regiment in Jincheng and some of them belonged to Tangquan lower regiment. In the 10th year of Yongle (1412), Dehua County's administrative district was adjusted to one regiment, 4 regiments and 8 regiments, and Chunmei belonged to Tangquan upper regiment. In the 6th year of Tianshun (1462), Dehua county was divided into 1 regiment, 2 regiments and 6 regiments, and Chunmei was still Tangquan upper regiment. In the early Qing Dynasty, the administrative region was still under the Ming system. Kangxi eighteen years (1679), Dehua County set up 8 Li, 39 community under the jurisdiction of Chunmei tangquanli rich community. In the early period of the Republic of China, the local political situation in Dehua county was turbulent, the people's army was separated, the government order was not good, and no administrative district was established below the county level. In 1934, Dehua county was divided into 4 districts with 43 joint insurances, 251 joint insurances and 2167 a insurances. The district office was set up in the District, and the district office was changed in the 25th year. Chunmei was the Fourth District, which was called shuanghan township at that time. In 1939, Dehua County set up four districts, which governed 15 townships. Chunmei belonged to the Fourth District, which was called Shuangchun township. In 1947, Dehua county was divided into four districts, 12 townships and 118 baos. Chunmei belonged to Shuangyang Township, the Fourth District, with three baos, shuanghan, Shangchun and Guchun. after the founding of the people's Republic of China, the administrative region of Dehua county has been adjusted many times. In 1950, Dehua had five districts and 12 townships under its jurisdiction. Chunmei belonged to Shuangyang Township, the Fifth District. In 1951, Dehua was divided into seven districts, one town and 54 townships. Chunmei was the Fifth District, with four townships, namely shuanghan, Guchun, Shangchun and youbed. In 1955, Dehua county was divided into nine districts, with 129 townships under its jurisdiction. Chunmei was the Fifth District, with five townships including shuanghan, Guchun, youbed, Shangchun and Xinge. In 1958, Dehua County abolished the district system and set up 31 townships. Chunmei set up two townships, namely shuanghan and youbed. In October of the same year, Dehua County set up eight people's communes and Chunmei set up shuanghan people's commune, with five production teams, namely Shangchun, Guchun, shuanghan, Qiongxi and youbed. In 1960, Dehua county was reorganized into five communes. Shuanghan commune was abolished and merged into Chishui people's commune. Chunmei township has developed transportation and rich natural resources. A main road from Quanzhou to Sanming highway passes through three villages in the territory. It not only connects every village with the highway, but also paves every village with cement road in 2005. The highway mileage of the whole Township reaches more than 80 kilometers, forming a relatively perfect road network around the township. In recent years, the township has stepped up the development of hydraulic resources, and has built seven small hydropower stations with a total installed capacity of 17000 kW, of which the installed capacity of hongquban hydropower station and Shangchun hydropower station are 10000 kW and 4000 kW respectively. According to exploration, the territory is rich in copper, magnetic, iron, potash feldspar, manganese, porcelain clay and other mineral resources, which need to be further developed to give full play to the economic benefits of underground resources as soon as possible.

Although Chunmei is located in the western border of Dehua County, it is the trade center of the West. Shuanghan city was set up in shuanghan in the Qing Dynasty. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, a market was set up in shizige, which is adjacent to Datian. The local products in the border areas of the two counties were traded and distributed here, and trade exchanges were more frequent. In 1991, a market was set up in shangchunyang, where five days is a market, and the trade volume is increasing with each passing day. Nine year compulsory education has been popularized. Economic overview
Chunmei township is a mountainous area with rolling mountains and hills. It mainly produces rice, sweet potato and potato. In 2004, the total industrial and agricultural output value of the township was 62.9 million yuan, the agricultural output value was 44.7 million yuan, the industrial output value was 18.2 million yuan, the enterprise output value was 36 million yuan, the township financial revenue was 2.52 million yuan, the per capita net income of farmers was 3844.4 yuan, and the total grain output was 4625 tons. The comprehensive development of agriculture is mainly based on planting and breeding. By the end of 2004, the orchard area was 3722 mu. The township planted daylily, Camellia oleifera, Eucommia ulmoides, Magnolia officinalis and other medicinal materials on a large scale, and gradually moved towards base. Among them, cauliflower is a famous local specialty in Chunmei township. The "shizige" brand cauliflower is well-known all over the world, and its products are sold well at home and abroad. Camellia oleifera is another characteristic product of Chunmei township. There are 8000 mu of Camellia oleifera forest in the township. Chunmei Camellia oleifera oil is favored by the majority of customers. The breeding industry, which mainly focuses on raising chickens, ducks, pigs, sheep and Saibei rabbits, has formed a large scale and is one of the leading industries for local people to increase their income. The ecology of Chunmei township is well maintained, with a mountainous area of 198000 mu, including 168600 mu of forest land, 45000 mu of ecological public welfare forest and 575000 m3 of forest stock. Guangji Bridge is located in shuanghan village, also known as Shuiwei bridge and shuanghan Bridge pavilion. Guangji Bridge is horizontally erected between Shuiwei gorge of shuanghan village with towering ancient trees. The official road calls it Fengyu bridge. This ancient bridge was built in 1522, the first year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty. In the ninth year of Qianlong reign (1744) of the Qing Dynasty, there were board chairs and back chairs on both sides of the bridge, which could be used for pedestrians to rest, shelter from the rain and cool down. The top of the bridge imitated the palace building and built a small and exquisite caisson. The craft was clear and exquisite, which was unique and famous. The roof of the bridge corridor is covered with green tiles, and a small hall building of Xieshan style rises in the center, just like the fairy Pavilion of Qionglou in the air, which is magnificent and extraordinary. After 500 years of ancient bridge construction, the bridge is still intact and has become a monument. Shiziyan, also known as shifengyan, was first built in 1189 of the Southern Song Dynasty. It has been more than 800 years since then. The temple is of double eaves and Xieshan style wood structure. It is simple and fragrant, rich in the architectural style of ancient temples in the Song Dynasty. There are many wonders and myths around the rock, such as the lion's throat, the lion's tongue, the immortal's trail, the lion's stronghold, the thousand year old arhat pine, the square bamboo, the tree in the tree and so on. From 1942 to 1945, the underground transportation station of the Communist Party of China was established in this area, which once became the contact center between the Border Committee of the German university and the provincial Party committee. Shizishan is a scenic resort. Shiziyan was built in the Chunxi period of the Southern Song Dynasty and restored in 2003. Guangji Bridge in Lizhong village, shuanghan, was built in the first year of Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty and was repaired in 1974 with donations from rural people and some overseas Chinese living in Malaysia. It is antique and remains intact. The "Eighteen grid" ancient official road with a history of more than 200 years is well-known. Pu shougeng's descendants make pottery Fang, the original hand-made pottery, reflects the labor style of ethnic minorities; hundreds of years old new pavilion big leaf cone, ancient big fir and thousand year old Podocarpus arvensis, attract visitors to stay and watch; unique day lily, eucommia, Magnolia base is a good place for today's fashion to enjoy the "pastoral scenery".
