It is adjacent to Guobao village, Shangyang village, Houde village, Getou village and suban village of Chishui town. It has four natural villages, namely Fuling village, Yangzhong village, xiakenglu village and Shantou village, and 12 villager groups. The total land area is 12 square kilometers. By the end of 1999, there were 346 households and 1431 people in the village.
The terrain of Fuling village is relatively complex. Guobao stream passes through Yangzhong and xiakenglau natural villages, and the coastal terrain is relatively flat. The rest are mostly low mountains and hills. Shangyang village's economy is dominated by agriculture and actively develops the secondary industry. Nandou Village
Nandou village is located in the northeast of Guobao Township, adjacent to Fuling, Shangyang, Xiangyun, neiban and Houde village. The whole village is crisscrossed by low mountains and hills, with a total land area of 9.7 square kilometers and 17 villager groups. By the end of 1999, there were 483 households and 2144 people in the whole village.

Nandou village is rich in natural resources, with 1569 mu of cultivated land, 7443 mu of woodland, 486 mu of orchard, peat, pyrophyllite and other mineral deposits.
