Nanpu town
Nanpu town is located in the northeast of Quangang District, Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, and on the South Bank of Meizhouwan port. It was originally located in guangdeli, Huian County, Quanzhou City. It is the location of six major petrochemical bases and four major transit ports in China under planning and construction. It is a petrochemical port with strong industry and trade economy under construction. It is also the location of Quangang station project of Fuzhou Xiamen high speed railway passenger dedicated line. Nanpu town used to be one of the north gates of Hui'an County, bordering Houlong town in the southeast, Qianhuang town in the southwest, Tuling town in the west, Fengting town in the northwest, Lingchuan Town, Donghai Town, ZHONGMEN Town, Dongpu town, Meizhou Town, Yuetang town in Putian County in the northeast and East. Nanpu town (excluding yuanjieshan District) covers an area of more than 40 square kilometers. It now governs 15 administrative villages, including Nanpu, Tangtou, Tianhu, Tianzhu, fairyland, Fengxiang, liucuo, Luntou, shicuo, Xianfeng, qiucuo, Kecuo, shage, Xiaocuo and Huiyu, with a population of about 69000.
General situation of villages and towns
Nanpu town used to be one of the north gates of Hui'an County. In ancient times, it belonged to the ninth and tenth capitals of guangdeli, Shanxiang township of Hui'an County, zhuxipu, meifengpu, xiantangpu and donglinpu of Lingxian North Road. It borders Houlong town in the southeast, Qianhuang town in the southwest, Tuling town in the west, Fengting town in the northwest, Lingchuan Town, Donghai Town, ZHONGMEN Town, Dongpu town, Meizhou town and Yuetang town in Putian County in the northeast and East. In the northwest, Fengting town can be reached by land (Nanfeng Road) within 10 minutes by car, and Fengting town can also be reached by boat by sea, with a direct population of 74630 (at the end of 2003). Nanpu town now governs 15 administrative villages. The town government is located in liucuo street. Historical sites include shage palace, Huaishan kiln site and Yandun site in Tianhu mountain. Zhang Quan Xiao railway, 324 National Highway and Tu Xiao second class highway transit, and the west is close to Fuquan expressway. During the reign of emperor LiZong of Song Dynasty, Yang Cheng Lin of Putian was a county captain of Zengcheng, Guangzhou, Guangdong. In his later years, he retired to the beach at the southeast foot of Taibai peak in the northeast of Hui'an County. Because he missed his hometown Putian, which is located in the south of Putian County, he called it Nanpu in homonym. Later, the homonym gradually changed to Nanpu, Nanpu and Nanpu.

Historical changes
The third year of Wu Yong'an (260), the grandson of the Three Kingdoms, belongs to Dong'an County (Nan'an county) of Jian'an county.
Tang Wude first year (618), belongs to Jianzhou Nan'an county.
Tang Wude five years (622), is Fengzhou Nan'an county.
Tang Shengli two years (699), belongs to Wurong state Nan'an county.
Tang Kaiyuan six years (718), is Quanzhou Jinjiang county. Jinjiang county is located in the east of Nan'an county.
Song Taiping Xingguo four years (981), is Huian County Township guangdeli. Analysis of Jinjiang county northeast 16 Li set up Huian County.
From the early Ming Dynasty to Zhengtong period (1436-1449), Quangang District belonged to beizhongshu township of Hui'an County. It had jurisdiction over deyinli, lingliudu, Qidu (now Shanyao, Qianhuang) and Badu (now Longfeng and Fengwei); guangdeli, lingjiudu and Shidu (now Nanpu); daixianli, ling11du (now Tuling); minsuli, ling12du and 13du (now Jieshan), a total of 4 Li and 8 Du. Guangdeli: Jiudu Tongtu 1, 45 Li northeast of the county, zhuxipu (Tianzhu, fairyland, liucuo, Fengxiang, Tianhu village, tiancuo, Shanggou and hukongkou villages in Nanpu Town, Longtian natural village in Guxian village in Qianhuang Town, shishanglu and Xialu villages in Tuling town), meifengpu (Xiaocuo, Kecuo, Xianjing village in Nanpu Town, qianting, Dinglong and Xilong villages in Xianfeng Village) There are three natural villages in Houlong town (Shangxi, Fengqian, xucuo, tukeng, Houlong, Geshan, Hexing and Tianli villages). In Figure 2, 48 Li northeast of Lingxian County, xiantangpu (fengcuo and houkengzi natural villages in shage village and Xianfeng village of Nanpu town today) and donglinpu (qiucuo, Kecuo, shicuo, waicuo, Luntou and Lintou natural villages of Xianfeng village today) are located on the North Road of Lingxian county. In 1928, it belonged to Tuling District Office of Hui'an County.
In 1941, it belonged to Batou Township, gongsuo, the third district of Hui'an County.
In May 1947, it belonged to Tianma Township and Meidong township of Hui'an County.
In September 1949, Tianma township was under the jurisdiction of Tuling district and Batou district. 11 townships in the West were under Tuling District, and 4 townships in the East were under Batou district.
In June 1951, it belonged to the Ninth District Office of Hui'an County and 18 townships under the jurisdiction of Nanpu district office.
In September 1952, the three townships of shicuo, fairyland and Huaishan were analyzed, and the two townships of Tushan and Sanchuan were divided into twelve districts.
In October 1955, Nanpu District Office was abolished and 10 townships were assigned to Tuling District, 3 townships to Shanyao district and 2 townships to guocuo district.
In 1956, Huian County was divided into 7 districts, 66 townships and 8 towns. Nanpu district has jurisdiction over 14 townships, including today's Nanpu and Houlong towns.
In 1958, Huian County withdrew the district and merged the township, and set up Nanpu Township, which has jurisdiction over 9 associations, 20 branches and 335 production teams; Yuhu township has jurisdiction over 4 associations, 15 branches and 262 production teams. After that, the two townships merged into Nanpu Township, with 12 branches and 158 production teams.
In September 1958, the people's commune was transformed into Chaoxian people's commune with Nanpu management area and 20 production teams under its jurisdiction.
In the winter of 1961, Nanpu people's commune was established by dividing the commune into 27 production teams (including 25 agricultural teams, 1 fishery team and 1 transportation team), 420 production teams (including 403 agricultural teams, 8 fishery teams, 5 transportation teams, 3 forestry teams and 1 animal husbandry team).
In 1962, there were 35 production brigades, including otou, Dongzhang, Yushan, Lishan, Fuyang, Shanggou, Jielu, Tangtou, Dacuo, Xifeng, Luntou, qiucuo, fairyland and liucuo.
In the spring of 1966, in the late period of the "four Qing Dynasty", 26 production brigades were under the jurisdiction of Egou, Dongzhang, Lishan, Fuyang, shangou, Jielu, Dacuo, Xifeng and Yushan.
In 1979, Nanpu commune was established in Hui'an County, which has jurisdiction over Jieshan and Nanpu towns.
In 1980, the production teams of Egou, Yushan, Xifeng and Dongzhang were established, and the number of production teams increased to 30.
In October 1984, Nanpu people's commune was changed into Nanpu township.
In January 1985, the production brigade was renamed the villagers' committee, and 30 villagers' committees were established, with 426 villagers' groups under its jurisdiction.
On April 11, 1985, the people's Government of Fujian Province approved the establishment of Xiaocuo town in Hui'an County. At the same time, the establishment of Nanpu, Houlong, Shanyao and Tuling townships was abolished, and Xiaocuo town had jurisdiction over Nanpu, Houlong, Shanyao and Tuling offices.
In 1986, it belongs to Nanpu Office of Xiaocuo Town, Hui'an County.
In December 1989, Nanpu Office of Xiaocuo town had jurisdiction over 30 administrative villages and 109 natural villages. There are 21747 households and 101596 people.
In April 1996, it belongs to Nanpu Town, management committee of Xiaocuo Economic Development Zone, Quanzhou City.
In 1999, Jieshan town was set up in the north of Nanpu town in Hui'an County, which is still Hui'an County.
On April 20, 2000, the State Council approved the planning of Nanpu (including Jieshan), Houlong (including Fengwei), Shanyao (including Qianhuang) and Tuling towns in the north of Hui'an County and the establishment of Quangang District of Quanzhou City.
In August 2000, Qianhuang town was set up in the northwest of jieshanyao Town, Jieshan town in the north of Nanpu town and Fengwei town in the south of Houlong town.
In December 2000, the people's Government of Quangang District was established under the jurisdiction of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province. Quangang District has jurisdiction over Nanpu, Jieshan, Houlong, Fengwei, Shanyao, Qianhuang and Tuling towns (streets).
In the Song Dynasty, Nanpu town belonged to lichengshan township; in the Yuan Dynasty, it belonged to Zhongshu township; in guangdeli and daixianli, it belonged to Jiudu, Shidu and 11du; in the Qing Dynasty, it belonged to Donglin, Zhuxi, Xiantang, Liangxing, Tianqi and meifengpu. In 1934, it belonged to Tuling district. In the 36th year of the Republic of China, Tianma township was set up, which has jurisdiction over 10 guarantors. Meidong township was established by dividing four Eastern Bao and three northern Bao in Houlong township.
In September 1949, Tianma township was under the jurisdiction of Tuling district and Batou district. 11 townships in the West were under Tuling District, and 4 townships in the East were under Batou district. In June 1951, the ninth district office was established in Nanpu, with jurisdiction over 18 townships.
