Xiaoruo township is located in the northwest of Minhou County, on the North Bank of the middle and lower reaches of Minjiang River. It is 75 km away from the center of Fuzhou City, 46 km away from Minhou County. It is adjacent to Yangli Township in the north, and borders Minqing County in the East, West and South. The Waifu railway passes through. The average altitude of the township is 210 meters, the highest peak is 1350 meters, the annual average temperature is 23 ℃, and the frost free period is about 330 days.
