History and culture
Shanggan town is located in the southeast of Minhou County. Small still dry as a bright pearl, inlaid in the land of Minhou, radiant with exquisite life.
Since ancient times, Shanggan has always been loved by celebrities and sages. The most important thing to pick up here is Lin Jinlong, the ancestor of Shanggan Lin family. Lin Jinlong was a Jinshi during the reign of song Baoyou. His ancestor was Lin Mu, a feudal official of the left Dynasty who came to Fujian from Gushi, Guangzhou, Henan Province, with Wang Shenzhi, the king of Fujian in the late Tang Dynasty. It is said that after he became famous, Lin Mu came to Qili and saw a geomantic treasure land at Zhenfeng, where he settled down and became the ancestor of Lin family in Taojiang. Lin Jinlong is the 12th grandson of Lin Mu. Lin Jinlong, who lived well in Zhenfeng, took a fancy to Shanggan. During the reign of LiZong in the Southern Song Dynasty, his family moved from Zhenfeng to Shanggan. As a result, he gained the advantage of geographical victory. When he became an official, he went to the office of the Secretary of state, and his descendants were even more prosperous. The three clans of Zhu, he and Yan, who originally lived here, were annihilated by the Lin clan. So this land, which was originally named Shangyu in the Han and Jin Dynasties, was renamed Shanggan, and Lin Jinlong became the ancestor of Shanggan's Lin family.
Shanggan Lin's poetry and etiquette heirs, they have passed on a saying from generation to generation: "if you want to have a high family status, you must be good, and you must have good children and grandchildren studying." Especially in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Shanggan founded the famous Taonan and Taojiang academies, and there were family schools in every village. At that time, he cultivated a group of talents for the imperial examination, including 18 Civil and military Jinshi and more than 100 Juren. Among them, Lin yinglei, a Jinshi, once "leveled the salt policy twice" and "held the prefecture Fu three times" during the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty.
At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Shanggan still had many private schools, and later set up schools. At that time, Lin Sen, chairman of the national government, also advocated the construction of Shanggan Central Primary School for his hometown. Before liberation, Shanggan also ran rural normal school, qilai middle school and Minhou middle school. Today, Minhou No.2 Middle School, which has the longest history of running schools in the county, has three middle schools, two primary schools and four kindergartens. In Shanggan, culture is deeply rooted in fertile soil, and civilization has a long history.
The wind of cultural civilization is pregnant with Shanggan's descendants, from which a woman deeply affects Shanggan's land. This woman's name is Lin Wuniang. She is Lin Jinlong's daughter. She ranks fifth. So she is called Wu Niang and respected as a righteous aunt. Since childhood, he has been an official with his father. He is sensible, profound, intelligent and capable. He is known as "although women are better than men". When Wuniang was 19 years old, her parents died of illness, so she lived in Shanggan with her brother. On July 22, 1280, the 17th year of the Yuan Dynasty, Lin Weiben and his family took a boat to the tomb of chiqi village. On their way back, they were capsized by a windy boat, and all nine people in the boat were killed. On November 27 of the same year, Lin Weiben's wife, Zheng, gave birth to her son Yuanshi, who died of grief. So the family left only the grandmother Huang, nine year old niece, young nephew Yuan Shi and Wu Niang herself. Wu Niang was a grandmother and a nephew. She managed her family well and taught her nephew to be strict and kind. At that time, people proposed to her constantly, but Wu Niang was determined not to marry her all her life in order to continue the Lin family. When Wu Niang was 29 years old, her grandmother died of illness, and she treated her funeral like a rite. Over the years, niece married, she left all the dowry to her sister-in-law. Wu Niang Han Xin raised his nephew Yuan Shi to grow up and marry him. And all the assets, credentials to the Yuan Shi in charge, their own chanting mushroom element, the end of heaven. Yuan scholars have five sons, and their lineage is long. In 1902, the descendants of shangganlin clan built "Yigu Temple" in shangganlin ancestral hall. Every year on the twelfth day of the first lunar month, Shanggan holds a variety of large-scale folk activities to commemorate Yigu.
The spirit of "righteousness" is flowing in the blood of people who are still working for generations to protect their families and defend their country. During the Jiajing period of Ming Dynasty, the masses of Shanggan cooperated with the Qi army to pursue and annihilate the invading Japanese. In the Sino French naval battle of Jiashen in the reign of Emperor Guangxu of Qing Dynasty, Lin Peiji organized tens of thousands of villagers to deliver the "letter of resistance to the French people" to the governor's office, and organized volunteers to fight against the French. Lin Shishi, the villagers of Shang Gan, driving a salt boat, raided the French "Voltaire" at night, causing the enemy commander to be seriously injured and died bravely. Facing the Warlord's butcher's knife, Lin Xiangqian, the martyr of February 7th, answered with a strong voice: "the head can be broken, the blood can flow, and the work can't be restored"
Not only that, Shanggan has been the center of Qili trade fair since ancient times, where merchants gather, known as "little Fuzhou". In particular, since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there have been many handicraft workshops in the territory, such as oil pressing, soy sauce garden wine storehouse, iron making shop, rice pounding with water wheel, sugar pressing, etc. Knitting and embroidery products are exported to Southeast Asia. Today, while carefully adjusting the agricultural industrial structure, Shanggan focuses on the development of industry and commerce. The Shanggan Center Street is connected with Fuxia highway in the East and 316-324 National Highway in the West. There are more than 300 stores on both sides of the street, which are bustling.

Therefore, the use of urban functional zoning, qualitative and quantitative methods to evaluate environmental quality.

Today, in this 1.3 km long street, there are more than 750 large and medium-sized supermarkets, farmers' markets and various stores, with an average daily turnover of more than 1 million yuan.
Shanggan town is located in the southeast of Minhou County, where Jingfu expressway, National Highway 324 and provincial highway 203 cross and run through. It undertakes an extremely important logistics and transportation function.
With the rise of Qingkou Auto City, the Party committee and government of Shanggan town took advantage of the opportunity to scientifically integrate the limited land stock in the area under their jurisdiction, and established three industrial concentration areas along the provincial road, namely nanjiaosheng, comprehensive farm and Longxing, attracting nearly 200 enterprises to settle in.
In recent years, influenced by the accelerated expansion of the central urban area of Fuzhou, Shanggan town has built the largest 4S automobile commercial complex in Fuzhou, the Strait Automobile Culture Plaza. At present, it has settled in 23 stores of more than 20 brands, such as Mercedes Benz, Jaguar, Land Rover, etc., which can meet the all-round car purchase needs of the citizens.
